We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCleanliness of the room. TV screen not wiped off. Something was spilled on the wall beside the TV and not wiped off. Found chip crumbs between the comforter and the top sheet. The room smells clean though.
Smoky View Inn is under new management. They have changed their Continental breakfast to more of a Grab n Go breakfast. No more waffles. They will probably be adding yogurt and fresh fruit. I booked a King room but they only had one on the 2nd floor. I requested a 1st floor room so they gave me a dbl queen room for the same price. Easy to get in and out by way of the red-light right there. The mattress is sooo comfortable. Theyin the process of updating all rooms with new furnishings.

United StatesThere seemed to be a lot of people living there that would hang outside our room smoking and stare at us constantly when getting in and out of the car. We didn’t feel super safe with this.
At a traffic light which made getting onto the parkway much easier. Housekeeping was nice and made sure we had what we needed each day. The check in process was pretty simple and easy.
