    master closet door broken; cobwebs around fireplace; no wine glasses in cabin, but Vacasa supplied us some.

    We loved our stay, and with a couple updates to the couches and mattresses we would definitely come back. The bikes were

    The couches are uncomfortable and so are the upstairs mattresses.

    The location is amazing and great layout for our 7 guests.

    If your advertising a pool and it’s closed you should notify your guest way in advance so we can make other arrangements or at least give us a reduced rate due to the pool being closed. I also notified management the first day we arrived that the screen door was broken. I was told someone would come by but no one ever did. Very poor service.

    We have been staying at the ranch cabins for several years. Our main reason is the on site pool. Two days before we arrived we received an email that the pool was closed and had been all season. We should have been notified sooner than just two days
