There were some meth heads outside of the parking lot fighting one night, so we felt a little uneasy about our car being parked out there.

It was decent for the price and it’s right next to the interstate which makes traveling easier.

Our stay at the Hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean. a good breakfast, comfortable beds. I cannot find my receipt for the rooms. The "breakfast" was horrid. Pool area looked sketchy, elevator went out of service (twice), and had to ask for a room clean/ towel change daily (instead of automatically servicing the room).

The staff is very friendly, and the price is good.

We could have had proof that we were refunded for the 2 days that we didn't stay. I'm not sure how to tell if we get refunded.

The breakfast ...just don't...lol that goes for the hotel....just don't serve it ...for the love of GOD...lol it's probably the worst breakfast I've seen lol everrrrrrr.

This place is in a really bad area. 100$ deposit! This place didn't charge a deposit if you paid with a credit card last year. On booking, it says 50$, and they are rude about telling you it's wrong.

The rooms are nice, and they look like they are updating them place.

Had hot water issues 2-3 times, no hot water was available, my room key stopped working at one point halfway through my stay, location isn’t that great, one room next to mine was being renovated very loudly at 9:30pm one night.

Wound up staying here on and off for about 3 weeks, rooms were always clean and staff was pleasant. Never saw any of the major issues the other reviews mention, stayed here while they were running a promotion, value was outstanding. Comfortable bed, AC works well.

Our room was nice & clean, so normally no complaints. This is minor, but the desk chair was broken. You would bring it up high to sit on it & it would be fine for a minute or two, then it would go down to the lowest setting.

It’s an older hotel, but a lot of upgrades done, so place was clean.

I didn't like the kid chair in the room def. Needs a bigger one. The breakfast was okay , could have been better tho. Mostly the eggs eggs were terrible. The rest was okay. O and the parking lot was a bit ghetto in places but they were also working on it. And probably could have been a little better lighting in the room.

Close to town and rhe places i needed to go , quiet , rooms were comfy, id def. Get rid of the kid chair tho in the room, the bes was amazingly cumfy. They also have a little store in front foe the guests which was lovely.

We did not eat the breakfast as there were only biscuits and gravy, bread but no toaster, and waffles. Nothing fresh. We got a cup of coffee.

The location was right off the interstate. The room was quiet and comfortable.

It's not in the best area

Staff is nice. Security is pretty active, rooms are always cleaned, and they have an area where you can buy food, even toiletries. You have to have a room key to get in, and if you want to book through the concierge or confirm booking they have to buzz you in. You can't just walk in.

Asked that a loose toilet seat be tightened, a wobblely chair be replaced, still hasn't. Twice breakfast was cut short by half the open time noted & same thing was serviced every day. Note: this was during the holidays!

Maid was excellent! Room well cleaned & had a comfortable bed! Breakfast was good.

The staff could be trained to be a little more people friendly. Maybe smile at times. But they're helpful if you ask for anything.

Place was always clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was good. In summary, you get your money's worth.

Only one elevator and it was a little finicky. One of queen beds was broken down in the middle.
