I reserved 2 courtyard rooms but only received 1. for some reason at a 4pm check in the courtyard king room was not readily available. if checkout is 11am there is no reason my room shouldn't have been ready. they gave me a standard room. other than that it was great

The pool opened too late in morning.

It would be much appreciated if the pool could be opened earlier in the morning for keen adult competent swimmers, say 8 am.

Only issue was a maintenance lady wandering in on me without permission once but she was spoken to by. Staff about this though a bit of difficulty communication room cleaning times did appreciate the little discount at the end I was given for inconvenience by staff after my stay but yes everything else was fantastic

Fantastic switched from one to another good price though lower then initial said and switched and also love the breakfast comfortable bed lobby and courtyard nearness to parish and mall etc saving me on transportation spacy room etc

On Sunday morning at like 9:00 a.m. they started pressure washing right outside the door they literally were pressure washing our door and we were trying to nap

Carpet in the room was really dirty and the bathroom was also not very clean or very big. There were mysterious hairs on the shower walls that were not ours. Cleanliness was our only gripe with the property.

Pretty comfortable and the location was great being pretty close to some shopping and California’s Great America, which was the purpose of our trip. It is very close to the interstate but we didn’t find this to be a noise issue. Staff was very nice and allowed us an early check in.

The most thing I like about this hotel is that it offer electric car charge :) the employee in the reception room was very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast (potatoes under cooked, flavor was ok on most things). Very few hotels have a decent breakfast though and this is not a deal breaker. I would def stay here again.

This was a last minute booking for just 1 night to get some rest while we continued our long drive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel looks very industrial from the front side and was pleasantly surprised by the well kept property. Loved the garden in the courtyard, it was very peaceful and easy to forget it’s near a busy freeway.

I wanted 2 queen beds and they only had double beds. There was no room service the phone didn’t ring the front desk or anything for that matter. The shower was usable but needed to be fixed . There was some burned out bulbs above the sink.

The staff was friendly and the room was a nice size and clean. There were a lot of options for breakfast . Loved loved loved the pure white fluffy bedding. Cleanliness way outweighed the little annoyances.

Entry door to room is old and lost its insulation integrity. Huge energy losses.

Cool location, yet very close to highways. Very well made beds, clean materials.

The whole facility seems a bit old, which is not a good thing when the rooms have carpet.

Great location for Levi stadium only a 40min flat walk. Rooms are a good size with a huge bed. Good powerful shower. Free breakfast was good coffee excellent. For the price I paid it was excellent value for money! Definitely recommend.

I received multiple scam messages in the booking.com chat with the hotel prompting me to confirm my booking on some external scam site. The hotel itself NEVER bothered to reply to my questions. I had to contact booking.com customer service to verify that my booking was actually confirmed. The hotel also never apologized or acknowledged this issue. This is dangerous and bad.

Good location to walk to Levi's Stadium. The room was comfortable
