Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Main breakfast room was chaotic and offerings not great. Was not told that Club room breakfast was on 2nd floor.

Excellent location with amazing views. Club deck was a real treat that we didn’t have time to make the most of.

You have to use your key card to get into the hotel, to pick which floor on the elevator and to get into your room. It just seemed a bit much. The pillows were small and we needed extra

The quality for what was offered was great. Nice big room . Staff was really friendly.

The breakfast options were very limited, no scrambled eggs, or meat options. Cream cheese ran out for a few days, Limited creamer options. No hot chocolate for kids.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, amenities were nice. Good size room. Awesome views. Heated pool.

Good location. Good sized room. Separate room from bedroom was great for varying bed times.

The card entry system will drive you nuts. You have to learn and vigorous jamming technique to get in the building and lift floors and I spent several pointless journeys going up and down. Surely cash vending machines are redundant in 2025 get card reading ones. Area is fine but I wouldn't let my teens out locally after dark. CBD and Smoke shops not a great feature.

Neat tidy suite room with good view. (Though tricky with no cookware, crockery or tableware). Nice people, there was a lovely women with a Carribbean accent who popped up several times on our visit on the terrace and roof bar who was friendly and endearing., sorry didn't catch her name. Made use of terrace pool/bar nice lovely space and laundry really useful too. Well located for guick drive to parks. I drive restaurants close and will deliver. Breakfast pretty good. Parking at hand and free

Only 1 lift working for most of our stay. Breakfast was very busy with little choice and when certain items ran out they weren’t replaced / refilled.

Hilda and the sky lounge. Most of the staff were wonderful, welcoming and very helpful. The reception staff were great.

They have 2 elevators but Only one elevator working and took 15 mins for us to get down because it's always full. Didn't let us check in early but I understand. Check in time is 4:00 pm. I ask the receptionist ( Bertha) if our room will be in a good view and she said yes, it will be in water view. but it's not. It's facing to busy street. I didn't complain because we are so tired. The towels have hair strand and the bath tub. I took pictures of those. Their breakfast food , no good, cheap. Will come back for sure no. Hotel room need to upgrade. The hotel is hard to find. You will miss it at first.

A little close to Epic Universal

The room keys dont work very well for the elevator, had to get a new one on the first night. The sofa bed is a but small and uncomfortable.

Everything was nice, was skeptical about the breakfast because of the reviews was actually decent nothing extravagant. Rooms were spacious, bed were soft, staff was nice. The pricing was alsovery good for 2 nights.

Bad breakfast, there's no variety (just coffee, juice bread with mermelade and boyled eggs). If you go to have breakfast at 9am, there's nothing. We were a group and brought every morning Nutella and some jam.

Really well ubicated, personal was nice, rooms are big, and they give you a good kitchen pack (you have to bring your own knifes, dishes and cutlery). Nice views to the lake and good swimming pool. Easy to go to Universal and just next to the International Drive, the main street of the turistic area.

The staff at the desk weren't welcoming they just asked for ID. The lift needed the room card to operate to your floor and was temperamental. It actually stopped working when we were checking out, which meant going down 8 flights with cases. The rooms were tired. The breakfast was disorganised and limited, more fresh fruit, types of yogurt and another toaster would be great.

The location and free parking was great. The suite was a good size for a family of 5. The fridge was welcome and the included breakfast was a benefit although a little disorganised. Great value though.

Pillows were horrible. And would prefer actual blankets vs only having sheets. Also I stayed in room 419 and bathroom door needs repaired. Several times I thought I would get locked inside.

The breakfast is a bit limited and the room is cleaned and towels replaced every 3 days so we had to reuse towels or ask at the reception.

Location is good and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also good although a bit limited to just toast with jam and waffles. We only had eggs on first 3 days and then they said they are finished so didn't have these for the next 4 days.
