Everything was old in room, faucets corroded, light switches and TV didn’t work and sloppy repair work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

When we first walked in, it had the odor of what I call is skunk weed (marijuana)The deadbolt wouldn’t engage (lock). The tv didn’t work. There wasn’t any soap to wash with in the bathroom. There was three of us in our party and there were only two towels and wash rags to wash and dry with after a showering. The breakfast was substandard. You had the choice of dry cereal, yogurt, or biscuits and sausage. No gravy. I’d say the biscuits were okay. The milk wasn’t very cold either.

First room had relatively large wet spot close to A/C. Entire carpet when walking barefoot was damp. Shower not easy to operate and water all over bathroom floor. Had to change rooms. Much better

I didn't like how everything was moist and I didn't like how the hotel smelled and the pool being gross. BUT the staff was great and tried to make it a great stay.

I loved the staff and the atmosphere was great. Loved the breakfast.

The shower water was scortching hot and would not get cold. Most of the plugs in the room didnt work so the microwave nor the fridge worked. There was a sewage issue so the toilet backed up out of no where. The rooms need a major update and the bathroom had rust on the pipes. I asked for clean towels a few times and they were out of them. The breakfast was like prison food and the parking lot needs fixing.

The staff had excellent customer service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful on things to so in the area.

I didn't like that there was no hot water. We had to take a cold shower. That night and the next morning.

The property was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the price was amazing. It even had a breakfast bar!

It was close to the location I needed to be, and there were few options in the area. Despite the low rating, I took a gamble and booked this hotel. It was better than expected. Rooms are being refurbished. The corridors are worn out and dirty, but it seems these are getting refurbished too. Breakfast was standard. Not a bad place.

I booked this hotel as a spot close to home so my fiance and iccould get a good night's rest before our wedding. Facilities were run down. The "cleaning" staff was incredibly rude and inappropriate. She started screaming and cursing at us through the door after we told her twice we didn't want housekeeping. We left early because we didn't feel safe staying.

booked a king room bathroom didn't work ..They moved u for the night said they would have it fixed by the next day ..That didn't happen..Then got a text saying it would be ready on Thursday that didn't happen..Then left a day early to swap hotels for the next 4 weeks..
