The traffic was very loud at the front of the building. I personally think that the residents that are permanently there should all be in one area and guests at another . The permanent resident above us was constantly slamming cabinet doors around 6 am .

The staff was excellent!!! Nice size rooms . Very clean rooms and linens.close to alot of things to do.

Shower curtain rod would fall when moved ever so slightly Towels had so much lint. Wash them if they are new. Before placing them to use I couldn't close the door easily because the window curtain would get in the way when attempting to close it

The room needed to be cleaned better. The shower curtain needed to be washed and the Floor needed to be mopped. The walkway outside The room was very dirty it needed to be pressure Cleaned. There was trash all over the outside and in the Parking lot.

Our heat was broken and couldn’t get ahold of staff and it was 40 degrees outside so the room was freezing, our water didn’t produce a lot of hot water.

I didn't like the fact that there weren't enough bath towels for us and the staff member was very confused and rude when she tried to explain what was going on. They told us about some issues with the towel washing process, but it wasn't clear to me. When an issue like this is happening, I suggest the hotel make sure guests are aware of it as soon as they make a reservation, because having bath towels is a basic amenity for a hotel. I also didn't like paying $100 refundable as a guarantee.

The bedroom has a good space and the beds are comfortable. It was everything clean and organized. It's a good place for one night and if you have a car to go everywhere you need. I spent the weekend there at my first time in St. Augustine. You will find good options of restaurantes near it.

The toilet always clogged 3 out of four days... First night I had to ask for towels. Neighbors were voice at night.

It was not clean, the environment felt unsafe, there were people constantly outside all night long making noise, the Keurig coffee machine was out of reach and didnt even have any coffee pods provided to go in it. My feet turned black jusy from walking on the floor. Overall it was just uncomfortable to stay here.

It was convenient and the cheapest price at this location.

Poor quality pillows, no coffee maker or blow dryer as advertised, very sketchy people hanging around the property, only one set of towels for any duration of stay unless you pay extra. I definitely wouldn’t consider this a family friendly property.
