We checked in from main bldg, it was ok, the reception and lobby looks clean but when we went to our room which was at the annex South side, there were trash and dirts on corridors, elevator. The garbage bin next to the elevator was overflowing with trash. It was not very inviting. Our key card did not work at the elevator/bldg door, the other guests did open for us, we need to ask to reprogram 2x. Breakfast so poor, same everyday. The ac in our room was so loud.

Nice view overlooking lake from room. Room looks new and spacious. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

Every time I called down to front desk to have fresh towels brought to my room, they would leave my door open 2 days in a row. I was very upset because I warned them the first time it happened.

Room cleaning is every 3 days which can be a slight discomfort with families as towels gets used up fast and trash gets piled. Perhaps trash and towels can be sorted every 2 days.

Excellent location on I-Drive with lots of restaurants and shops dotted nearby. East access to local buses to go to the shopping outlets. Also loved the room size, cleanliness of the rooms and the reception area. Also comes with a swimming pool and jacuzzi which are much needed after 25000 steps at Disney and Universal Great free shuttle service to the theme parks.

I didn't like that I had to change my room keys out 3 days straight. One out of 2.elevators were working. The breakfast needed meat.. also should have had a waffle maker not frozen waffles. And more varieties of fruit.

The stay was good..the room was clean and updated and a nice view of lake..and I enjoyed the spa tub

Only one elevator was working during our entire stay creating very long waits and crowded cars every time. The rooftop bar was nice although the pool was much smaller than it looks in pictures. We were given 3 keys on check-in but only one worked and it stopped working on our 2nd day. Had to get all keys redone twice during our stay.

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Location on I-Drive was perfect. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was messy in the space and limited food options. The food wasn’t good and the lines were so long for small items. You need more diverse of breakfast food items.

Its front desk staff not very helpful. Their policy of security deposit of 250 USD per room is not good as security deposit is more than double the room rent.

In the upgraded room we got, the table w/ two chairs (not sure if that was only in the 2 Queen room? We got a king room) wasn’t there anymore. It was very much missed /:

Card access keys not working properly Airco in room leaking and very noisy TV not working last days as User Agreement issue - could not be downloaded. Breakfast somewhat poor in options.

Breakfast isn't the best 3 cereals, only boiled eggs, toast machines, tea/coffee on one side of the room milk on the other? AC unit very loud in the room, no happy medium, leave it on disturbed sleep, turn it off your sweltering. Construction going on all around the bottom of South Tower was not made aware of, a little noisy and messy. Shore line of the lake by the hotel covered in trash, simple clean up would make this area aesthetically pleasing and would feel more people would stop to enjoy.

Comfy beds, room good size, excellent location to most major attractions, parking facilities excellent. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Great views with sn excellent parking garage which is free making this a brilliant bonus.

Although the hotel has been remodeled, there are still several areas that need improvement. The air conditioning units are very old, noisy, and should be replaced. The bathrooms lack trash bins, enough towel hooks, and basic toiletries. We had to switch rooms twice—once due to no hot water, then again because there was no safe and the construction noise was too loud. The breakfast could be more varied, especially with more options for eggs or protein. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and would sometimes stop working.

the staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, there’s free parking, and the pool is clean and pleasant. Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel, but a few updates would make the experience much better.

The breakfast was included but wasn’t brilliant, eggs tasted like they’d been nuked. Way too much disposable plastic. No plates or cutlery just disposables. Breakfast offering was cheap unhealthy food - basically a buffet full of cheap carbs, I went to Walmart and bought my own and just added a bagel with cream cheese. It was free though and the orange juice was good

Rooms were clean, airy and modern. Car park was big with no issues getting a space. It was easy to find on iDrive. Laundry was a great added facility too.

Smaller pool and not a lot of amenities, but good for the price. Small amount of breakfast choices.

The hotel is close to everything. 2 minutes to Universal and 15 to Disney. No parking or resort fees. Nice large rooms that were clean and comfortable.
