Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAC made lots of noise and didn't cool well. I saw a huge big that looked like the grandaddy of all bedbugs. Staff immediately moved me& exterminated. It was not a bed bug, it was a stink bug!

United StatesBathroom vent was really dirty and the whole room had a very damp feeling despite the air being on. The outlet behind the bedside table had what looked like black mold on it. Im not an environmental exposure expert, but it appeared to be mold.
Beds were comfortable and I liked the coffee maker and refrigerator in room. All staff were friendly.

United StatesOur refrigerator didn’t cook things, the pool wasn’t open and they didn’t tell us, the blow dryer didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work, and the TV remote wasn’t programmed to the TV so you had to get up to turn it off and on and to do the volume.
It was clean and the staff was mostly friendly.

United StatesThe photos online are very deceiving. The whole hotel smells musty and just terrible. It was damp and humid in our room. My 8 yr old daughter has allergies and she started sneezing and coughing as soon as we enters the room. The outdoor pool was falling apart. The beds were hard as a rock. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.
There is nothing to like about this hotel.
