Too much chlorine in the pool.

I actually enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. Thank you to the lady up front of the desk for making this trip enjoyable.

The separate buildings were a problem for us. The weather was pleasant. During any storm or bad weather, we would have hesitated to venture to the breakfast buffet or drive to dinner.

The property is similar to an apartment complex. Various buildings, separate outside swimming pool, exercise facilities, and restaurant.

The staff in the bar were amazing and very attentive. Very gracious and friendly. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were unavailable. People were waiting for a period of time to have someone from the kitties come out so they could request an omelet. The waiter disappeared while we were having breakfast. It was especially heartbreaking to see one of our military personnel waiting for a long while to be served. He eventually got up from his table and poured himself his own coffee and water. Very very disappointing.

It wasn't anything we didn't like because the setting made it great.

I love that the room was clean and a little spacious it was also equipped with things we needed as well as the outside at the pool and bar. The room had a lot of comfort.

The breakfast was the best! The food was freshly prepared. The bacon, eggs, biscuits and mexican dishes were all excellent. Omelets were also an option.

AC was leaking on the carpet. Couldn’t sit on the sofa due to the wet carpet. Notified front desk and said Manager will call you. Never got a call.

Facility was a little dated. But the pricing, oh the pricing! Normally the pricing is $113 per night but we paid $529 due to traveling there to see the total solar eclipse, so we were forced to pay these price gougers if we wanted to see it. Obviously their price in no way reflects their costs but they were opportunists.

Breakfast was better than usuual. Gym was better than usual.

Del Rio does not have much in choices of hotel. This was a great stay for the price. Location is great. Staff friendly. The bar with karaoke was enjoyable.

nice property good rooms and hotel lobby staff has been great both stays. Jessica checked us in and was very pleasant and calm considering the hotels computer had gone down and was working with support to get back up and running. the morning desk gal was also a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name though. our only dislike of the property was the waitress / food service at the hotel bar. we had been there the previous week, no issues. the 2nd time was so terrible. plenty of staff and not busy at all. talked to Jessica at the front desk about this and they made it right. I probably would not go to the restaurant again, but I would recommend the hotel otherwise.

This hotel has a bar called the White horse inside the hotel.... We arrived at 11:00 p.m. at night The bar was popping loud music bikers outside I was very concerned when we pulled up to the hotel considering that I brought my whole family with us but it was peaceful didn't affect our stay at all. Vending machines on none of the floors wouldn't take any dollar bills or change you had to use your credit card so I find that for an inconvenience.

We had a late check in the evening time receptionist was amazing she was super sweet super kind help me get both of our room set up for a small children They had to set up in separate rooms but she changed us to conjoining rooms which was amazing she definitely needs a raise she was a great. The beds are super comfortable clean bathrooms clean linens. Gym and pool is open late at night. They also have a restaurant on site that has breakfast in the morning time full buffet $15 a person it is worth it.
