We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThe common areas of the hotel a bit dirty (this does not apply to room - this one is clean). The area is a bit dodgy - the parking lot at the back of the building atrracted peculiar people who were shouting, talking loudly and shooting fireworks (it was July 6th, last day of July 4th weekend).
The hotel is OK, the rooms are comfy. The staff relatively kind. The room was clean. There are streaming services apart from the live TV - quite a selection of shows to watch for free. Ample of parking space.

United StatesLots of little cleanliness issues...dead bugs on floor, mold in shower, toilet would not flush until lid removed and chain reattached, carpet appeared dirty could use shampoo, wall touchups needed, shower curtain kept sliding open, outside door security for keycard apparently not operable as front desk had propped it open with a rock. Also front had lots of trash debris scattered around...pallets next to door, trash in pkg lot. Folks smoking weed nearby. Wife was not happy.

United StatesI could've been refunded the remaining days after checking out early so I could stay in a different Radisson. I spent $1500 total on your hotels in one week: one person booked in 2 hotel rooms simultaneously. I'd appreciate a refund of the days I did not stay at that hotel. The other Radisson, in Waterloo, was excellent.
I left several days early bc I'd been misinformed and was in the wrong city: I was meant to be an hour away. Once things were cleared up, I left this hotel to stay at a different Radisson in Waterloo, IA. That stay was excellent. However, the SureStay charged me for an entire week instead of refunding the remaining days I wasn't there for. Instead, I was charged the full $600+, despite staying in another Radisson starting the day I checked out of the SureStay. I'm really upset about that.

United StatesWe didn't enjoy breakfast. By 8:50, the milk was gone, the biscuits and gravy was gone, the waffle batter was gone. The jacuzzi tub had a slow leak. One of the jets didn't function properly. There were bugs in the bathroom and closet.
We liked the ease of getting on and off the highway and the parking options on property.

I had to bring the air conditioning down to 63 just to make it feel comfortable in the room. Shower head was awful and the toilet was not fully secured to the ground. The people working were fine and the property itself was clean.
