The common areas of the hotel a bit dirty (this does not apply to room - this one is clean). The area is a bit dodgy - the parking lot at the back of the building atrracted peculiar people who were shouting, talking loudly and shooting fireworks (it was July 6th, last day of July 4th weekend).

The hotel is OK, the rooms are comfy. The staff relatively kind. The room was clean. There are streaming services apart from the live TV - quite a selection of shows to watch for free. Ample of parking space.

Needs updated. Had tears in carpet, stains as well. Shower needed to be redone. Moldy caulking. Soda machine had no soda but 1 type. And had no ones or change at the front desk.

Lurking patrons coming up to you and sitting in stairwells. Blood on my bed linens. No elevator for second floor. Run down location with transients. AC worked so well couldn't keep it running at night or you would freeze.

Well we first came here the things on the TV was disconnected had to get some help to get it connected the place needs clean came in crumbs up and down the stairway from the first to second floor this is not really clean

Lots of little cleanliness issues...dead bugs on floor, mold in shower, toilet would not flush until lid removed and chain reattached, carpet appeared dirty could use shampoo, wall touchups needed, shower curtain kept sliding open, outside door security for keycard apparently not operable as front desk had propped it open with a rock. Also front had lots of trash debris scattered around...pallets next to door, trash in pkg lot. Folks smoking weed nearby. Wife was not happy.

I could've been refunded the remaining days after checking out early so I could stay in a different Radisson. I spent $1500 total on your hotels in one week: one person booked in 2 hotel rooms simultaneously. I'd appreciate a refund of the days I did not stay at that hotel. The other Radisson, in Waterloo, was excellent.

I left several days early bc I'd been misinformed and was in the wrong city: I was meant to be an hour away. Once things were cleared up, I left this hotel to stay at a different Radisson in Waterloo, IA. That stay was excellent. However, the SureStay charged me for an entire week instead of refunding the remaining days I wasn't there for. Instead, I was charged the full $600+, despite staying in another Radisson starting the day I checked out of the SureStay. I'm really upset about that.

We didn't enjoy breakfast. By 8:50, the milk was gone, the biscuits and gravy was gone, the waffle batter was gone. The jacuzzi tub had a slow leak. One of the jets didn't function properly. There were bugs in the bathroom and closet.

We liked the ease of getting on and off the highway and the parking options on property.

The pool was down and the only ice machine I could find was on the first floor and we were on the second floor

The staff was helpful with fixing my mistake I made with the booking and they were friendly while checking in and while checking out.

Breakfast was subpar, at best. The room was pretty musty and was up twice each night because I was sweaty. I had to bring the air conditioning down to 63 just to make it feel comfortable in the room. Shower head was awful and the toilet was not fully secured to the ground. The people working were fine and the property itself was clean.
