Location and accommodations were great! Your hotel was lovely.

Sorry that the little town of Geneva was so dead and empty. It’s seems like they were really trying but missed the mark to attract more pedestrians.

Friendly greeting upon entering. Room clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

One of two elevators not working causing longer wait times. Pool closed and dirtier than the lake outside. Black caulking around the shower. Lounge not open at 3:00 pm on a sunny Friday afternoon with seating outside next to the lake.

I love the location and our room had a beautiful view of Seneca lake. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Only one of the two elevators worked. We were there memorial Day weekend and it was broken then it is still broken.

Great location directly at the lake and a couple of minutes walking from downtown. Nice room with lake view. Very friendly receptionist.

One elevator was broken, the other extremely slow and also used by all hotel staff, which resulted in too long waiting times. The lake side location is great, but the hotel garden is underwhelming. It could be made much more attractive.

Our stay at 41 Lakefront Hotel was not a pleasant experience. Our room had no soap, cups or sufficient amount of bath towels for the registered guests. One of the bath towels on the bathroom door had a visible stain on it that look like fecal matter. When I brought the towel down to the front desk to exchange and said I don't know what this is, his response was "we don't want to know". The staff seemed rather indifferent to my complaints which leads me to believe that issues in this establishment are rather common. The thermostat did not work properly so the room was either hot or extremely cold. Not once during our 3 night stay did housekeeping ever enter the room to clean the bathroom, empty wastebaskets or replace coffee filters (there were 2 for 4 guests). The pool was closed even though it was the middle of August. When I mentioned this at checkout the hotel clerk just pointed to a sign on the surface of the counter stating it was the guests responsibility to notify the hotel if you want your room cleaned. I'm aware there are housekeeping staff shortages but with a room costing over $300 a night for two double beds, which for this establishment is hard to justify even during the height of tourist season, I don't think it's to much to ask for the staff to ask your preference at check in. Will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel and Resort establishment ever again.

The view is fantastic!

1. Bathroom fixtures are outdated. 2. Cant open the window due to dead bugs around the frame. The staff should clean it so that guests can utilize it.

Location was wonderful

The pool was green and closed. The elevator was not operating (only 1)

Loved the location on Seneca Lake.

Updates are needed in the hotel. More attention to the grounds needed. Our room had a loud AC, the shower leaked water out of the curtain and a bug crawled in me in bed.

Rooms were clean

The pool was terrible couldn’t use it.

Only one working elevator and it was slow (as mentioned in other reviews). Sink had a leak (which could happen at any facility)

Room not clean, elevator not working, mattress worn out, no room service, linen not changed in 5 days, no clean towels, trash never removed from our room, locked out of our room for about 45 min (maintenance called twice), door stuck had to use a shoulder to open, ice machine one or two floors down, no breakfast bar (only good coffee), handicap parking too far from the from building, carpet in main entry stained look nasty and floors in common areas never cleaned

The hotel has a Wonderful location with great view of the lake. The person who checked us in was efficient and friendly .

kind of dingy rooms, definitely not updated, could be cleaner. The pool was disgusting and definitely unusable, and based on where it was, you had to pass it to get to our room and it gave the whole stay and air of uncleanliness.

The room was great and so was the location.

An elevator was broken and our room was on the 5th floor. It took forever for an elevator. I wound up climbing up and down. 5 flights of stairs more than I would like to count. Also, the air didn't seem to be working in the hallways.

Room and Toilets were clean and even the hotel was clean. Location is fantastic

Garden of the hotel was really Dirty. To sit near the lake was not comfortable. They must clean the area. Need to keep the Kattle for hot water

Pool was small and had sharp edges which cut my daughters foot.
