We weren't fully informed about the renovations going on when we booked and were surprised when we got there. The room had a lot of damage going on and not very clean, The rooms are very outdated and it sucked not having a full restaurant like we saw in the pictures. But they are doing renovations. It looks like it's going to be nice once it's done.

The staff were all so sweet and nice! The food was good as well. Nice pool area as well. They are doing renovations which is really overdue cause it's very outdated. But it looks like they are going to be making it really nice and modern.

Unfortunately, the place was being renovated so very limited facilities and lots of noise. Staff were not exactly welcoming on check in. I am sure will be ok once construction is completed.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Close to the park that we were going to for a tournament. Parking was very good as well and free. The hotel is under construction, which is on their website. We were gone most of the days so we never heard any noise.

I have a electric vehicle, not a Tesla but with an adapter that allows charging at Tesla chargers. The main reason we decided to stay was the availability of the chargers. They did not work, I had to drive to another Tesla charge station with modern super chargers. One of your chargers showed frayed wire. They need upgrade.

I guess I was expecting the room to be larger. 3 adults it was crowed. I never had stayed here before. Usually at the Santa Maira Inn. My mother passed away we had to pick was what hotels had vacancies to us. We stayed a wk. Food was ok not bad. They were remolding so no dining restaurant opened. Rooms were clean. One day we put our sign out for cleaning our room, no came to clean it that day. We had to go and let the front desk know to make sure they cleaned the room the next day which they did. parking our car in the overflow didn't like but nothing happened. Parking in the hotel parking lot was never any openings. I felt room were a little out dated. Im not sure if I would stay here again. I came maybe at least 3-4 times a yr

They are renovating, so they are doing something about it, but for my stay the place was run down, room was faded and dated (like me)... smelled musty and shower curtain was nearly falling off. Restaurant still serving but no actual dining room or room service, many amenities that you might expect from their online materials but not noted until you arrive... ahh the old bait n' switch. Not to mention the fact that they didn't note that the floor I was on is under construction (until I was checking in after 4 hour drive of course), so that was not so pleasant but at least they only start work at 7 AM (!). Overall it was OK and watching the planes come in and fly out was kind of cool but it's an old property in need of some serious TLC and maybe it can emerge from the ashes like the legendary Phoenix...

People were very nice and the host/server in the makeshift restaurant was top notch!

My room smelled like bleach. I even god a headache. I had to open the window and leave the room. Ask housekeepers to find more organic way to sanitize the room. so your guest would be hit in a nose with a strong smell of bleach who gives a headache. 🤕 Also, hotel itself needs a little refreshing. There’s a big tree in the center of a hotel with a thick layer of dust on the leaves 🍃. 🙄

If you are not using the airport it’s a bit of a drive to find a bar and a beer. The Hotel only has a bar in the Restaurant!! It must be the Coldest swimming pool I’ve ever been in I swear the Pacific Ocean is warmer! Lol

The bathroom sink and faucet.

The jaccuzi wasn't heated. The carpet in the room had a big red stain on the floor. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly .the bathroom sink handle was difficult to shut the water off. The room was awesome. The balcony was very interesting. The beds were next level comfortable. The elevators had a see through window looking over the dining area that made the ride very cool. The staff was friendly and helpfull . The fitness room was fun and the sauna was hot. Over all all we had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Facilities are old, bathroom fixtures were rusted, no one came to change our towels out or take out the trash, although they said they would do that on the 3rd day. i had to call for new towels on the 4th night.

there was a spill or something of that sort on the floor of the room that was rather sticky. aside from this, i have no complaints!

everything was organized, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the room felt clean.
