The hallways all smelled a little like smoke which was gross. No continental breakfast. The restaurant had beautiful views but the food took forever and was was cold when it got to the table. The elevator took forever. Mainly the smoke smell in the hallway was the main problem.

The room and location was nice. The lobby was nice.

No continental breakfast. Hair on the bathroom ceiling, dirty socks left from a previous guest in the corner. Smelled like a smoking room.

Ii was able to find a hotel last minute.

The parking situation was not good. There was only 2 elevators for 15 floors. The hot tub was out of order. There was only one very tiny garbage can in the room. No fans in the bathroom. Our lights in the room were flickering.

I liked the lobby area. It was neat.

None of the outlets worked they're so wore out the plug in falls out. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The elevator was very slow and finicky. The lobby smelled like mildew. The hot tub was out of order. The place needs serious updating.

The view of the lake and the restaurant.

Stayed 4 days with no one offering towels, empty the garbage or freshening the room. What we paid for our room we should at least have fresh towels and coffee replenished daily. No breakfast offered. The elevators took forever and would get stuck on a floor. I had to use the stairs, being on the 8th floor and went to 15th floor to have a night cap and had to take stairs 6 floors because elevator took over 15 minutes. The staff wasn’t available at front desk when you would go to ask for coffee or towels. A sign was put out saying away from desk be back soon. Phone was ringing nonstop also.

The location was wonderful. Liked our view but weather didn’t cooperate.

Very limited dinner menu in the restaurant The air conditioner rattle and was very noisy in our room It's a bit pricey for the room. Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling, mini refrigerator needed defrosting and no cleaning of rooms on extended stay. The customer needed to call house keeing for extra towels and garbage removal

The view from our room was good. On the 15th floor Location was good walking distance to canal park. The parking for our vehicle was good. The restaurant in a hotel with a view was nice

The restaurant on the top floor was WAY below what expectations. The ambiance was nice...views were spectacular but the menu was incredibly POOR. As soon as I saw Mini Corn Dogs on the menu my expectations went right out the window. I would expect a higher end menu here and was looking forward to GREAT food but instead the only appealing thing on the menu for me was Wings. Very disappointing restaurant that has such amazing views and potential.

Location was great. Value for the money spend was not there though.

The room was sooooo warm and the controls on the heat/cool seemed to only shoot out heat. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it, making it feel a bit junky.

Location was perfect for what we needed. We loved that we could bring our dog.

The bathroom was small and the toilet was the lowest I’ve seen in years. I did not specify disabled, but even non disabled would have had trouble here. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this would be for a taller person.

The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view of Lake Superior and the city of Duluth

The blankets on the bed were no thicker than a top sheet. Even when we asked for an extra blanket and pill, we were given a small blanket that looked like a mattress liner. So if you are going in the winter, I recommend bringing your own blankets.

The room had an amazing view and was clean.
