The location is not the greatest because pretty far from the city, but very close to the metro and even the bus run really close. They should have water bottles in the room, and quite tips.

I like the coupon system for treats, and drinks. The rooms are cute simple but has the most of what you need. shower pressure excellent, and bed and pillows comfy. Staff is super friendly and there was a mistake made and the employee handled it with such grace. (it was Monday morning at check out food from the resto. was charged too my room, and i did catch the lady name but who ever i was dealing with excellent (she is the one who wrote to the manager.

Location is well.. If you are using public transportation, you might want to convoy your family members from transport to hotel just for safety.

I didn't like that their was some miscommunication going on between me and one of the front desk employees. We were told a check-in time but got there after we anticipated and wasn't able to check in and had to wait around elsewhere.

I liked the hotel atmosphere and the room. They had an outside event when we were there and it was definitely a vibe. The room was very nice, small but nice.

The shower was somewhat translucent and I can see that being an issue but as I was with one of my closest friends we didn’t really mind it. It just cause a bit of “omg”s to slip out.

This hotel was very clean and safe, I loved the ambiance and the young man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful!! The subway is also relatively close by took about five minutes to walk to and with that we were able to get around nyc very easily. The lobby is so clean and staff was very happy to help, security, front desk, and restaurant staff were all great! The room was just as advertised and we loved the window looking out to the public space. We are very much chronic over packers and all our clothes, shoes, and toiletries/makeup fit in the room. We also came back in everyday from exploring to a freshly made bed, fresh towels, and a tidy room, amazing! Loved it here, not planning on going back to NYC very soon however this may have to be the hotel I come back to based on service, cleanliness, and location; the price is also great not bad at all. This place was very affordable coming from a broke college student who had to fly across the country too! Loved it here and I hope to go back!

Only complaint is the noise level from the hotel restaurant - I totally understand that guests might be loud, but the actual facility?? On Saturday night, it was hard to get to sleep because the music was blasting so loudly from the restaurant - and our room was on the 4th floor.

Loved the design of the hotel- funky meets functionality. The room albeit small does utilise all the space to its advantage. Majority of the staff was pleasant. Daytime front desk staff were fantastic. Great Colombian bakery nearby

Love everything except that the rooms did not have complimentary bottled drinking water at check-in. I have to come back downstairs to talk with the front desk and a lady apologised politely and also offered me one for free.

The neighborhood is a little lonely and scary at night. Nothing happened. People are nice and mind their own business but it still feels unsafe to be out after 10pm
