I was told by 1 clerk, I didnt qualify. Another 1 told me I did. However, it was never rectified, because I still ended up paying out my pocket versus still being able to use my $15 credit.

United StatesThe bathroom tub was dirty and had stains in it. The night staff has terrible customer service. Along with the young lady who worked in the jazz bar. The lounge chairs by the pool had no umbrellas. If you wanted shade, you had to sit at a table.
I loved the location and decor. The hotel is gorgeous. I enjoyed the $15 off a day at the restaurant restaurant they have. The pool area is beautiful lots of available seating. The morning front desk staff is AMAZINGGGGGG.

United StatesIt felt like jumping through hoops to get anything accomplished prior to getting there. This was our honeymoon and I wanted to try and make it a little special for my husband but any time I called to inquire about anything I got bounced around. I don’t blame the staff at this location though. It seems this particular hotel chain has a different set of standards than the big names like IHG or Radisson.
It was quiet. The pool was conveniently located. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet . We checked out a little early and wanted to grab breakfast across the street. The young lady at the front desk offered to keep our bags so we wouldn’t have to drag them over. The doorman, Caleb was extremely personable. I know we were pretty quiet low key guests, but we did enjoy his flare 🙂. I love that he acknowledged us every time without hesitation.
