Price not commensurate with value. Somewhat dated room. No breakfast or free coffee included. Bottom line: standard, overpriced airport business hotel. Fine for 1 night between flights, but no longer. Probably very similar to the other major chain hotels nearby.

Couldn't figure out where to get the hotel shuttle at the airport, but this is not their fault. Ended up walking in the pouring rain (also not their fault haha!)

Came in late and left the next morning early. With that said, the room was very nice and clean. Got a good night sleep and the shuttle provided back to the airport made the trip a Home run!

Easy registration, friendly staff and good bar food. Very comfortable room and useful mini-store for toiletries and snacks. Shuttle to airport every 15 minutes.

I don't like this trend toward hard surface flooring in hotel rooms. Despite that, this place is very clean.

The Restaurant/Bar staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Beds are very comfortable. Proximity to airport is excellent. You can walk if you like, even with some luggage.

Paid for a lake view and the view was a joke. Barely no view at all

Staff were friendly. Just stayed for one night since we were connecting to anchorage the next morning. Good place to stay for the night since the airport is literally across the street. You can call for the shuttle to pick you up, which I did-but walking there is an easy walk as well. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner since I saw a few hairs . Could use some repainting but other than that, nice stay.

Overly priced for what you get (Hi 2025) nothing against them, but if you double charge someone, let’s toss in the parking huh!

Could hear the people in the adjacent room. For the price of the room we should’ve had a free breakfast or at least a discount.

Walking distance to airport. The walk was likely quicker than taking the shuttle! Staff was friendly, restaurant on site had a decent restaurant, beds were comfortable and couldn’t hear any air traffic.

The bathroom sink area was very dark so could not see my face to apply makeup.

Fantastic location! Access to 13 coins, access to the airport, access to Seattles light rail system. Free shuttle bus to the hotel is nice. The room was fresh and clean.

Parking not included in room rate - we dropped off our car the night before to save the money and also the hassle of returns in the morning.

Easy access to the airport for our early morning flight. Very quick walk to/from terminal and prompt shuttle to hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We would happily stay here again if ever flying in late or out early.

Rooms could have a couch instead of a chair, and the TV should be on a pivotal arm. Otherwise, it's a great place!

The hotel has been renovated and has modern decorations. Lobby is bright and welcoming. There are several restaurants convenient to the location that are within walking distance or stay on-site with a full bar. The pool is new with all amenities available and nice sitting area in the green space with an oversized fire-pit. The king-size room was quiet and well appointed overlooking the Greenspace. We are happy the vents don't blow towards the bed! The tub and shower combo with handheld was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttles are available to the departure terminals for a fee. This location is perfect to return your rental car early, take the free rental facility airport shuttle back, and walk back to the hotel on a safe sidewalk. No stress!
