It had bad stale odors and was very out dated uncomfortable furniture. Needs a deep clean and paint. The white trim was turning black. The white doors were black hand printed where they had not been cleaned.

The lady was very responsive. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you would need for your stay, I mean EVERYTHING! The view is partly ocean and partly city and is a perfect combination.

Hurricane damage to the seawall did keep pools and gym closed, but with easy access to the beach we didn’t miss having pools at all.

Great stay and great location. Only thing our bed sheets smelled like pee and I don’t think where even changed. Not the owners fault. Just the cleaners for not doing their job. Soon as I contacted the owner they had me new sheets/blankets. And additional towels within two hours.

A long walk from the parking lot to the elevator. Limited handicap parking. Need an outlet near the bed for CPap machine. No drawers or place to put my suitcase. Needs more lights. Very dark at night. No coffee maker or toaster.

Nice ocean and city view from 11th floor with a balcony. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Easy to use code for lock.

The property as a whole needed work. Fence in back falling in. Hot tubs not filled or able to use, we could not use indoor pool or exercise equipment . No access to oceans from building at all. Building need a lot of work.

The studio we stayed in was perfect. Clean well stocked and very clean.

The location was perfect The view from the balcony to the ocean was spot on unfortunately for us it rained the entire 3 days but other than that it was such a cute little place and comfortable very clean. It is privately owned and there is a lock box staff does not interact with private guests. We had direct contact with the owner she was very nice and I had asked her a question she messaged me back within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for any type of short or long stay. 2 burner stove refrigerator nice little kitchenette microwave some condiments, definitely bring your own coffee lol bathroom was amazing lots of beach towels and even a boogie board in the closet..

All the pools and pool deck areas were closed due to recent hurricane damage. Totally not the Resorts or wonderful Hosts fault but when in Daytona, you really want that pool deck and poolside experience. Best wishes to the speedy repairs. It was still a GREAT stay even with the damaged pool issue.

Very easy check in process. We stayed at the appartment just after Hurricane Nicole hit. Apartent was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Great view over the beach and ocean. Wifi worked very well.
