Location was great. It was the perfect getaway from the city. Please take a second to look up at the stars at night! So many stars I don’t see on the regular.

Close to town. Quaint and perfect for our stay for a close getaway. I took my friend for a girl getaway and it was a perfect space with room for the 2 of us. It's cozy. Owners were kind and supplied lots of information on the area for visitors unfamiliar with things to do and places to eat, etc. Clean and well stocked. The only details to be aware of to keep in mind and it's just a comment is that the TV is in the master bedroom and the only access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom. The driveway is narrow and dirt but we'll maintained. If the ground is muddy or if there's snow you would need to park along the bottom of the driveway. I would definitely stay there again. All the care and details they put into the space was really nice. They even have a few extras like Alexa, smart TV and multiple temperature control options like the central air and heat and the wood burning stove. It's a great little spot.

Very cute and jump back into time. Fun old time relics, birds eating from the feeders, felt along but not isolated. Very well stocked cabin. Hosts were fantastic with communication! Looking forward to returning.

We love the beautiful vintage decorations, all the amenities as well as a well stocked kitchen. We wanted a change of pace for Thanksgiving and this was perfect! It was like we get to be back in time, experience peace and still able to prepare a lovely Thanksgiving meal!

Antique fridge made more noise than a donkey giving birth. Missing TV remote control. Not all table lamps worked. Most of all, we were asked to wash any dishes left over and take out the trash. This on top of paying a cleaning fee. Stay should be for 6 nights instead of 5 when advertised as a "week stay in a cabin".

Kitchen was very well stocked with every cooking utensil, dish and appliance you can imagine. Hot water on demand. Most of all the peace and quiet. Excellent heater.

Beautiful area, birds and stars exceptional. Quiet, easy to get into Julian. Place is very old-fashioned, so if you want sleek and modern, it’s not for you. Comfortable. It was very hot, but the AC and wireless worked.

Very secluded and peaceful. Front porch with bird feeder is a nice touch. Plenty of birds visiting the feeder.

Everything! Just Everything! The place the privacy the whole home the comfort. Wow Just wow! There are times in your life that you are just so busy and all you need was a quick get away from the busy urban life. You come here and you are treated to peace, comfort and calmness. The driveway is narrow and you have to curve upward. I am fortunate my Civic can fit. Be sure to read the instructions.

A nice quaint house in the mountains. It had everything I needed. You can take a stroll and there's a pathway that leads to the trail.

We are not new to these properties…didn’t need constant communication from host and/or booking. Alexa didn’t seem to go in this property. I would get rid of that.

You'll have to climb some stairs to get to the home. Nothing crazy, but if you are travelling with anyone who has trouble walking this may present an issue. Also the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms, so of you're travelling with friends they'll have to walk through the room to get there.

This is such cute home. Perfect for a family or a couple. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with lots of cool vintage appliances. Great outdoor patio! We enjoyed swinging in the hammock and being in a quite neighborhood surronded by nature. Oh and the clawfoot tub was excellent!

Such a perfect spot to enjoy the stars. Easy hike to the abandoned mine. Easy drive to the desert. And a cozy place for our family to stay in between. We loved it! We will be back.
