    It was a decent place to stay and is a great location.

    The breakfast was very disorganized. Other guest were cutting line and not waiting their turn. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else. I think lines should be labeled enter and exit for the waffle machines

    Breakfast options and backyard were not clean to many honey bees. Also parking should be part of hotel booking. They charge extra for parking

    Our desk chair was broken. Paint was peeling off the mirror. And to turn on the shower you had to get wet.

    It was close. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

    It wasn't exactly clean. Our room smelled like weed and bleach. We had to go out to purchase air freshener. They didn't check your room daily. We left towels outside of our door, and they never replaced what they took. We had to ask two different employees for toilet paper. There's a kcup coffee maker in the room, but you'll have to bring your own pods. They don't refresh the rooms each day. Parking is horrible, but that's just a city issue. Breakfast buffet layout is pure chaos.

    Location Gabe at front desk was awesome

    Unauthorized Barking dog in room next to us on 3 Rd floor. Finally after 2 days of barking all night they moved them to the pet room on 1st floor Manage Mike offered us a refund on 2 of our 3 night stay. Nevada at the front desk issued us another charge on our credit card for the 2 nights instead of a credit. Then argued it was issued properly. Tracy in a different department also argued the charge and told me to call my CC bank. The CC bank confirmed it was a charge not a credit. With much phone calls and emails a credit finally came through and for the incorrect added 2 nights. But they NEVER gave a credit for the 2 nights of barking dog the manager Mike approved. I finally disputed the incorrect charge with my bank and they fought for me. Way to much to go through while your on vacation

    Nothing is good here

    This was, without question, the worst holiday stay I have ever experienced. I had booked for three nights but was forced to check out after just one because the conditions were simply unacceptable. What made matters worse was realizing that a neighboring hotel, which I booked at the last minute, was significantly cleaner, better managed, and more affordable. The contrast highlighted just how little value for money this property provides. The property is unhygienic to an extreme degree. Carpets throughout the corridors were dirty, the floors in the room were sticky, the bathroom doors would not close, and the sink would not drain. Even the breakfast buffet area was horribly dirty and unappealing. It is clear that there is no concept of cleanliness in this establishment. The staff unfortunately made the stay even worse. From the moment I checked in until the moment I rushed to leave with an early checkout, they were rude, unaccommodating, and unwilling to consider even the most basic concerns of their guests. The service was disorganized and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even provide a proper acknowledgment of my early checkout, something every professional hotel does as a matter of course. Instead, the staff chose to respond with terse, ambiguous answers that left me running in circles. In terms of service, this is without doubt one of the worst establishments I have ever encountered. Equally concerning is the fact that the photographs presented on Booking.com bear little resemblance to the reality. The images are highly misleading, creating the impression of a clean and well-maintained property, when in truth the place is rundown, dirty, and poorly managed. Guests rely on accurate listings when booking through trusted platforms, and this property undermines that trust. I would strongly urge Booking.com to review this property and reconsider whether it should remain listed in its current state.

    great location but poor quality of stay no happy with this place would not recommend to anyone

    place was not clean breakfast was not appealing and big lines no place to sit room had a broken door frame and the sink was clog :(
