How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Old place with no lift and the bathroom needs upgrades. Entry road is being renovated.

Everything was ok The only thing I didn't like was the room was by the laundry room and it was loud you could hear everything
The swimming pool was great and warm and a nice size and everything was available for you in the facility

Not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants and gas stations but they're within a mile or so. Could use a little fixing up but I'll take clean over most other things and it was definitely clean .
Clean and quiet. Staff were all very nice, pool was nice and breakfast was good. There's a Big Boy restaurant right next to it.Very good value. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again next year.

The bedsheets had stains and looked rundown, they and the towels need to be changed. And although I like that the AC was quiet, it wasn't very efficient. Luckily it was cool during our stay but I can imagine that on warmer days it could be a problem
The location is great. The beds are comfy. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.

We had a problem with towels I was sick unfortunately and my medicine stained a few towels so I got charged 250.00 they took it automatically out of my account after complaining I finally got a call and she agreed it was wrong how much we got charged so she refunded me back 150.00 and that was great so I appreciated that it was very nice of her for making our stay a lot better and the spa tubs are wonderful thank you!

The First night . There were young guys stays there. Sound like they were bouncing a ball against the wall. My wife didn’t get any sleep until after midnight.
Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Stayed two nights. After first night the Bed was not changed or made.

The curtain blinds were ripped and top and wouldn’t close. No privacy on a ground floor near a brick wall. Anyone could see in at night. I fixed it with 2 clothespins that I happen to have. View of ground outside window had tall weeds and a partial bundle of roof shingles. Would have liked to open the blinds during the day. But had to keep them clipped close.

The rooms were very clean, it was very quiet there, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Well, the breakfast was pretty much on par with all hotels of this type. The eggs and sausage were cold. However, the dining area was very clean and the food was good. It was just cold.

We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the breakfast in the morning. The only part of our experience that was less than ideal was when a large group of 10-12 people (in their early twenties maybe) came into the pool area, blaring music from a massive speaker at 8:30 PM, while we had 4 kids ages six and under trying to swim. They were pushing each other in, splashing and flipping into the pool excessively. The walls were literally vibrating from the noise and I had to yell to communicate with my kids. We had to exit the pool area due to the excessive noise and horseplay, which ruined the swim for us and our kids.

Very clean pool was only open for one night of stay do to no maintenance to address issues with pool other than that great deal driving was easy commute to local attractions .
