My room reeked of cigarettes, had to find a light, had to ask for towels, garbage behind the fridge, fridge screamed at you, TV didn't work, had to have box replaced still buffered, wifi absolutely didn't work, eggs were over cooked, ran out of sausage so no protein, ran out of coffee, garbage piled up outside the backdoor for the full 3 days I was there. Who knows if it's been cleared yet, back door didn't work, pool was green and slimy and hot tub wasn't even open. And elevator beeps continuously

My check in experience was awesome. I think his name was Brian, he was a great help. He's definitely an asset and deserves a raise.

Elevator was broke. Door opened and closed constantly. I was next to it! Very loud. My sister and I had very little sleep! I asked for some refund on my payment, was informed she would talk to manager, no response yet. Rugs were dirty in room, wish I had my slippers. Other then that it was ok.

There was a sticky spot on the carpet by the bed. No coffee at breakfast. Air conditioner not very efficient. Over priced for a poor quality room. Hot tub did not work.

The pool was nice. Staff very kind and helpful. Good location near grocery store, restaurants. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful problem solving and giving me a towel to put on the sticky carpet.

Wasn’t clean, when I opened a drawer in the room there was an old cigarette in the drawer, a receipt, a pill or f some sort and other trash. There was trash under the bed also. We stayed on the third floor but there was an ungodly smell on the first floor when walking past the rooms. A smell so horrific I have never smelled something that awful before. There was no hot tub (they advertised a working hot tub).

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

We arrived there the garbage was over flowing, the facilities pretty much everywhere haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Our room has sticky stuff on the carpet every so often. The fridge made loud noise all night. When we went to check out someone came in to tell the front desk someone else lit their dumpster on fire. The hotel got us through the 2 days we were here, but ill Definitely find a different location for when we are back in 2 weeks.

The location was great for us, and the breakfast was fine.

No one to help front desk. Our room no fire alarm, room phone had no phone cord, and couldn’t shut TV off, had to unplug it.

The stuff member [Christina]? Swing shift person was excellent. She did very she could do to help me with Booking.com for double booking rooms. Very patient, polite, and professional.

staff at desk not friendly and did not greet me. I said he. he did not. and from there was completely. I will not go back to this place due to his unfriendliness. Obviously he does not like his job. sorry, but this is my complete impression. the front desk was not busy. I was the only one checking in.
