For the price, I didn't expect top-notch. There are just a few minor things that could have improved our stay. One is that the bathtub's stopper didn't work, and the shower head leaked water when you try to run just the faucet in the tub. That was disappointing because my child likes to take a bath when she travels (not much else to do after check-in). The A/C's wind direction was not adjustable, so it would be difficult if you like to not have wind blowing right on your face when you sleep. The TV directory was three crummy and gross pieces of paper. Wish they could just laminate the paper.

Staff was super friendly. We got two different types of rooms so I was not expecting the rooms to be too close together. I also asked for a room away from laundry room. In the end, we got two rooms on the second floor, and they were diagonally across from each other, which was perfect! The breakfast included was decent. The buffet have coffee, tea, juices, muffins, yogurt, bread (toaster provided), a waffle maker, cereals, scrambled eggs (from substitute), sausage patties. It was sufficient for what we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. The A/C was great. Parking was ample.

Furniture in the room was old and worn. The bathtub was peeling and bathroom was very tiny. Gnats we’re coming from the ventilation system.

breakfast was a little under par for the hotels (BW, Hampton) that I often stay at, but perhaps that's a function of the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend buying more of the bed frames that stick out farther than the mattress and I hit my legs on them when I get out of bed. Not a serious issue, but why?

There was nothing that detracted from our comfort. The hotel lived up to our expectations

The whole hotel had a clean, fresh look about it. Our room was comfortable with a welcoming airy fragrance. The staff were particularly welcoming. We were asked more than once how our stay was going by staff who seemed truly concerned that we should be enjoying our short time at the hotel.

The room could have been cleaner. Had few tv channels, weird metal bed frame we kept accidentally kicking, that was loud.

There was a bit of hair in the tub and around the edges things were a bit rough (i.e. toilet paper holder coming off the wall) but with this said, they did a good job making it as nice as they could and the friendly staff and sense of security won the day.

Love that they had a hot breakfast although they could have had a couple more healthy options (thinking yogurt in a fridge and oatmeal packets which would have longer shelf life and help people in a rush to grab and go or with allergies.) Rooms were clean, linoleum floor instead of carpet gives the feeling that it's easier to clean which is nice. Rooms felt secure, bed was comfortable, and air conditioning was joyously noisy and chill. Halls and rooms are dated and some areas fel a bit tired, but for the modest price it seemed clean.
