Handle for the sink came off in my sister's hand during normal use.

Breakfast was good. Not restaurant quality but a decent selection and decent for being free. Location and price is why I chose this hotel. The laundry room came in handy as we got caught in the rain and needed to dry our clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were people other guests smoking pot and there was a fight above us between a woman and a man and it didn't sound good hitting and slamming

The room needs some major updating. I told the staff member at check-in that I had a dog ,which is an extra $20..00 which I knew,and let them know I had an 11 year old dog we were placed on the second floor. My dog had a very hard time with the steps. ( No elevator) Reservation said included breakfast, was told at check in not correct breakfast was available at 10% off not included.

I liked location and price for a weekend night with a dog. Staff friendly. Room was clean. Pool area was beautiful.

Staff at the front desk were not courteous, and if the guests need something, it should be available if and when it's needed. Not told no, and don't call or come back to the front desk again.

The hotel has a 'motel' set up with rooms facing outside and the room doors being street accessible. I don't love this set up so thats more of a me issue than anything else. Otherwise perfectly fine hotel

The room smelled fresh and looked ok. Sleeping through the night we experienced a roach crawling on bed and one across the floor while going to the bathroom. I killed both and showed them to the man checking out and he said he would alert his manager. I told the manager there was a big gap under the front door that needs to be fixed.

The location was convenient. The check in was simple and person was very nice.

For free breakfast, there were no forks, asked for some and I was told there were no more (keep in mind, I'm talking about that flimsy plastic cutlery here) so we shared a waffle, eating it with a spoon. 45 minutes before breakfast was to end is when we entered. There were no more eggs or sausage, and we were told none would be made available to us. Before ending up with a waffle, I thought cold cereal would be ok, again, there wasn't any milk and we were told they were all out. I don't think we were being unreasonable for being very displeased. I spoke to the manager before we left, told him what a great sleep we both got, and were happy with the room overall. Then I told him about the breakfast, and how the staff member just repeated, they're of each thing. His only response was, oh, well she doesn't speak English. Ummm 🤔 maybe they should have an English speaking member of their staff working areas that will most likely encounter guest request or complaints.

The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked great.

There was a roach behind the chair and other bugs. The paint was peeling off in the bathroom. Our remote didn’t work as well as the door reader for our key. They don’t offer even water. People live there and one room smelled so bad I think if the health department came in they would close it down.
