Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe staff is respectful, just not friendly. It's fine, not enough to avoid the place. Our room didn't have trash bags and the TV stations didn't match the guide in the room but those are minor issues. There was a surprise pet fee which I wasn't excited about but I get it.
The bed was very comfy! And the location is exceptional. I'm celiacs and there's plenty of options for eating right around the hotel.

United StatesThe breakfast was okay but, really needed eggs. The light outside our room was very bright and shined in the room even with the curtains drawn and made it hard to sleep. Really needed an elevator, we are older and it is harder for us the climb stairs.
The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. I liked that they had tea in the rooms, I don't drink coffee. The room was updated, clean and large. Price was reasonable. Had an outside pool but, was cold.

United Statesone gentleman was waiting at the desk to check out. He needed a receipt, which he said he was told the night before, he would have to get in the morning. The lady working told him he would have to wait until she got breakfast ready. He was very unhappy.
Breakfast was to be served at 6:00 am. The doors to the lobby remained locked until about 6:10. There were about 8-10 of us standing outside. We could see an employee sitting in the lobby on her phone. The front desk phone rang and that’s when she got up. She then unlocked the door and went to the kitchen to start the breakfast service. I chose not to wait. I got a cup of tea and left. No one was happy.

United StatesNo breakfast available, it starts at 6 I was there at 6:30. No fruit, no coffee, 3 slices of old bread. Etc etc. very disappointed. We had a crew of workers that parked there very loud equipment in front of our door, which was left on for hours once I called the front desk an hour later it was shut off, but it was turned on again at 5:30 in the morning. Make sure you get a room in front.

United StatesRoom was renovated as far as bed, furniture, and carpeting, but the bathroom was not and the lighting was older ( had regular plugs in bedside lamps but no usb). Seems room may have been a smoking room at one time and that smoke smell lingers. We are not smokers, so notice it maybe more than others.
Decent price. Good location. Bed comfortable. Easy to get to restaurants and I95. Room wasn’t the best we have stayed in at a comparable price, but did work for us.
