The outside doors were propped open because of being broken. It made us feel less safe. The bathrooms were in the process of being renovated and ours was not quite done. Ours had mold spots and smelled of mold and it affects ones like my son who has asthma. Please finish the bathrooms before renting them out so it makes ones more comfortable. The entry rugs in the hallway also need replaced. Big whole in them are trip hazzards.

The floors in our room were wonderful. We thought the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that we had rooms that were close to each other.

I got moved to a room mid-stay where the door was finicky without much explanation, possibly for maintenance work or whatnot. If you didn't carefully make sure the door closed properly, it'd come open if you merely pushed it. And that room had an outlet that didn't function - which is fine since there were plenty of others in the room that functioned, but still a mild inconvenience. And there'd be a bit of water leaking from the AC/Heater/Fan by the window when there's heavy rain in that new room Bath is more like a shower as there did not seem to have a way to keep the water in the tub, for both rooms. Toilet of my first room on the lower floor was very slow to flush, though the upper floor worked fine. We did have a fire alarm go off mid-day once during my stay, and it repeated a few times for a short while. That was dealt with quite swiftly and fairly decently -- no dragging it out with the fire department - which is ironically less safe, but a lot more convenient. Alarms weren't blaring in the room, if that is your concern (do not ignore the alarms even if you can, that is a safety issue that you do at your own risk) Laundry. Was mildly annoying. You either use quarters or download an app. Which the app had you charge $10 minimum to use. Total cost of laundry for one round of wash and dry each was $5, with $2.50 each. And only 2 machines each for washer and dryer. I assume that was made less of an issue if you used the app some way some how, but... meh. Upside? They have a functioning sink. Which isn't common for these types of in-building laundry rooms. So that is a considerably big upside Somewhat important: No elevator. None that I had seen anyway. If your luggage is heavy, know that you'll have to try to haul it up the stairs or try to ask for assistance if you end up on the upper floors. And if you think there is a fitness room from the signs...? It doesn't exist either, confirmed by the front desk

Looked pretty nice appearance-wise. They've put in effort to keep up the place. And they seem to be working on improving it, though slowly. Room was very spacious. Decent location. Not spectacular, but workable -- road leads right into the center of the city, with a highway (?) ramp right there to get on/off at, and a bus stop a short walk from the building If you are not familiar with the area, the automatic doors that open when you press a button for accessibility use are on the rails. Very small, and easily missed. So they definitely exist if you need them for whatever reason There are dispensers for coffee and hot water in the lobby that seem to be there the entire day, which is incredibly nice. Overall, very nice facilities and service. Just that there are a few too many smaller flaws that might not be able to be overlooked If you are looking to just hop in, stay the night, not take a long bath/soak, and have business in the city frequently...? This would probably be a decently fine option for a short-term stay for the cost. This is the budget option in the area, so it seems from the prices. This is considerably less of a consideration if you plan on hanging around the area as there isn't much in the immediate surroundings, as far as I am aware

First room had a cooked bag of popcorn left in the microwave, and table surface had dried ketchup stain left behind.

The women who check me out was rude. She took $50 from my deposit due to dirty sheet. Seamed very excessive for one sheet. They refused to show me pictures which they said they had. Very disappointed.

The motel itself smelled pretty bad, including the room. It was not very appealing in any sense. The bathroom was in poor condition as well, with the curtain rod hanging on barely and holes in the tile. The worst part however, which was not the fault of the motel, the neighboring guests were always yelling. The walls are not soundproof at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and quickly got us new towels, soap, etc.

I had to pay a $100 security deposit when I checked in. if I had cash, it would have been returned to me in the morning at checkout. if you use a credit card, which I did, they said it will be deposited back into my credit card account within 5 business days. It's not there yet but it's only been 2 business days. I've stayed at motel 6 qite a few number of times (but not in the last few years)and never had to do that. It took me by surprise. I would like your reassurance that it is legitimate. I used there park and fly and my car is still there at Motel 6 at 1273 Chili road Rochester ny until 2 PM. January 02, 2025. I have no complaints, but it would have been nice to know about because I would have brought an extra $100 cash with me so I could've got it back at checkout. I was there 12/19/24 to 12/20/24 and used their shuttle to ROC airport, and I'll use there shuttle again on January 02,2025 to pick my car up.

the request for extra towels a day ahead before arriving never was given. over the phone was one thing and being there was another. it was a noisy experience with people next door. we barely was able to sleep.

I like the rules were comfortable beds and clean and in an excellent location.
