Breakfast was great including the staff.. She was very attentive towards filling things up when getting low & she was very friendly. Tables were wiped down and food area was clean.

United StatesThere was a broken ice machine that was located in the second half of the hotel, where our room was located; we had to go completely around the hotel for ice. Not very convenient. Wish there were umbrellas at the pool to give shade, as it is directly in the sun. and more community areas with game tables. The breakfast area would be perfect, but it is closed off when not in use for breakfast.
Loved the pool and outside facilities. Great to have the bigger fridge.

United StatesThe charger on the desk didn't work. Try to plug it in into a different outlet. Still didn't work, there were mcdonald's or some kind of french fries underneath bathroom sink. Didn't like that Anyone could walk up to your back door. Even if your not part of the stay. You can park your car and walk right on the property without a key or security.

United KingdomRoom smelt damp when we first went in, there were redundant light switches and lights would not go on other than bathroom. Receptionist came and had to fiddle with a light bulb to get lights to go on. Booking.com sold the room as pool view with a bath and both of these were not booked as per the venue, no rooms have baths. Breakfast was great but with paper plates and plastic cutlery which was a great shame made the experience much less than it could be. Also from a European perspective the lack of recycling was unusual and again this could be fixed easily.
