The only reason i gave a 9 instead of 10 was because we were in a queen room with 2 beds and a sofa bed but there were only 3 sets of towels(most have 4) and no bedding for the spfa sleeper, I had to go downstairs to get both which honestly isnt a super big deal. The only real negative we had, which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself, is the people above us who let their kid run back and forth til 2am and start up again at 7am.

1st, the lady at the front desk when we checked in (Dashia) was very very pleasant and upbeat. Great hospitality and very welcoming. 2nd, the hotel was very clean and smelt amazing. 3rd, the bbq place across the street (Bandanas) was sooo good! The manager was even great. The room was huge, the pool was decent. They have free hot breakfast, but we didn't eat it because we wanted waffle house lol. Their workout room is open 24 hours. This is a great place to stay. Very nice!

The dishes were not clean in the dishwasher, there were no paper towels and the breakfast was tasteless, boring, unappetizing and no choices i.e bacon/sausage. You couldn't taste any love in the food, in a word - eat this to hold you over until you can get something else.

While the staff was pleasant, there was no "above and beyond" service, i.e. I noted in our reservation we'd be using the sofa bed. Upon a late night arrival, the sofa bed wasn't made nor was there bedding in the room for it. When I called front desk they said they typically like to keep the extra bedding in the closet but if it wasn't there I could run down for it, which I did. There wasnt a fitted sheet in the set so we had to use a blanket for it. There are a few opportunities of better service for that scenario.

Our room was the perfect setup for our family of 6.

Room was pretty dirty, no extra bedding for the pull out, and we killed several centipede bugs while in the room.

Lady at the front desk was amazing, very sweet to both my kids and showed them the golf holes in the back to play.

That I was double charged for one dog for less than 24 hours of my dog being there, the tub was draining very slow to the point where I thought it was stopped up. The breakfast is horrible and it used to be my favorite thing for choosing Homewood suites. The room was OK until you get the walking through and you see the there’s plenty of dust that has been building up for quite some time.

The property was clean. It didn’t smell like smoke. The parking lot was clean Angela. The receptionist was very quick at checking us in.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect for our family. The swimming pool water was a bit murky though. My 16 year old was bummed that the workout room was only for 18 year olds and older.

Our dresser drawers would not stay close. We had to prop our suitcase against it to keep it closed.

Staff were so courteous and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean. Room clean and amazing with all amenities. The beds are super soft and comfortable. My favorite was the bathroom with the double shower heads where you can change the pressure. After all the stress of the storms and no power, an extremely hot shot was the icing on the cake. Close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to Syberg's. Breakfast was great!

The couch in a handicap accessible room should be at a higher profile. Or a chair that lifts up and down would be nice.

noticed bugs within the first 10 min of being there not ants or fleas but definitely something that you would NOT want in your hotel room . Breakfast was awful. the waffle mix was either expired or old one of the 2 took 2 bites then took my kids away from them due to it tasting sour and expired. Son has had diarrhea the next day on our start of vacation … I spit mine out but I think he did eat a few bites:/
