Office only open from 11 to 11. No visible ice machine and no way to inquire at office in morning whether there was one. Shower doors would not stay closed while showering. Slight musty odor when first entered the room.

Clean, well appointed room within easy walk from Main Street shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Comfortable bed. Recently remodeled decor. Friendly, helpful desk clerk at check in.

The Waffle House next to the hotel was a great value and tasted good. The location was perfect for our overnight stay going to Crater Lake. The room was very clean and up-to-date.

It felt very "airbnb-ish" in the sense that everything in the room was decorated like a cheap airbnb and felt like it was going to fall apart. It was fairly sterile. We did have a couple cockroaches visit us in our room which is never a fun experience.

Perfect location on the way to Crater Lake. It was one of the biggest rooms we've stayed in in a while. It was simple but perfect for our family and really easy for traveling with a dog. The price was right too.

The pool looked a little dirty (mostly like dirt settled in the bottom), but I think that's to be expected of an outdoor pool.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were nice, the room was spacious, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Could have used another mirror in the main room plus a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels. Direct TV did not have local channels.

Came with a small kitchenette, did not use. plenty of room for all.

Our room doorpad malfunctioned, but someone came out to address it right away. Some small oversights with cleaning (splatters on bathroom wall near sink) but in general felt clean, safe, and homey.

Recently updated/renovated motel, really appreciated the full kitchen and spaciousness of the room. Everything was up to date, TV had streaming services, and staff was friendly.

Floor sloped about 4 “ from door to back of the room. Not hair dryers in the room. Mattress worn out/ broken down on left side.

The bed, a little too soft. The door lock, just shy of a pain in the butt, meaning it worked but you had to push and pull just right to get it to work.

The property does not offer breakfast. However, Amy's Cafe was fantastic. It's a nice 5 minute walk.

Locking our hotel room door was hit or miss; then again, it could have been user error 😂. The lobby opens at 11 AM, which is a little odd but perhaps due to staffing issues. They did offer a phone number to call should we have needed anything outside of the lobby hours.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and right next to the Waffle Hut, perfect for the classic, diner-style breakfast.

The coffee pot had pumpkin seeds shoved into them. When we asked for another coffee pot it didn't work and there was no one in the office to get another one.

There was no breakfast offered. The location was nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
