There were a few things I was not pleased with. One being the amount of noise from the street and two being staff going into my room when I did not request it. I did not need anything, so they had no reason to be in my room. Three was I wish for your breakfast selection you included scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. The only protein that was offered was a boiled egg.

I had a downstairs room and the guest above me was noisy until after 11 pm. The room was not soundproof. Also, the continental breakfast was very minimal. No fruit, no proteins (except boiled eggs). I couldn't find anything to eat.

A lot of amenities that were unexpected for the price. Pool was great, room was clean and comfortable, and the service was amazing! The front office had a small store to buy snacks. Room was constantly stocked with coffee, had a microwave and fridge!

Heat was either on or off. Toilet barely fit in room with shower. Hot/cold water were switched. Breakfast area was too small to accommodate guests.

The A/C heater unit was hard to adjust as in the thermostat didn't seem to register when it got to the set temp and just kept going making it too hot, we had to turn on the A/C once in a while to cool it(too sleep) or turn off the unit all together. It was very cold while we were there so we wanted to use the heater but it didn't regulate itself. We had one wash cloth(very thin) in one of the rooms. The TP is thin and scratchy. No kleenex in room. The fan in the bathroom came on and off whenever it felt like it. Not enough protein options (hot food) in breakfast offerings. The placement of the wall mounted lotion is awful, too far away to lean and squeeze with one hand and to deposit into other hand as the since vanities were deep and a long reach to the wall next to the mirror, move them to the side wall to make it easier to use, it is not meant for one handed dispensing. mount a body wash in the shower next to the shampoo and conditioner.

Having two connecting rooms for our family was great since we have teens, this gave us four beds which was great. Two bathrooms was nice as well. The wear and tear is showing through like chipped tiles in bathroom, lots of coats of paint, not great lighting, and even though breakfast is included which we love the options were limited. The only source of protein was boiled eggs. Would have liked some scrambled eggs, hot suasage or bacon. The waffle maker was a hit for sure. Thank you for having lactose free yogurt that was a surprise. Also having more options for milk alternatives would be great as well. Great walk-in shower, shower curtain needs to be longer, lots of water gets out on to bathmat. Love the wall mounted shower shampoo and conditioner, consider a body wash as well, we don't like the tiny bars of soap for the shower.

Room was a bit dirty. Walls needed cleaning. Sheets were dirty looking.

We found that the bathroom had no fan. The blankets had a few stains, but that's no real biggie. We usually bring our own anyway. There was only a shower in the bathroom.

We were right in the middle of all our weekend activities. We were able to keep our travel times down and get to where we needed to be fast and efficiently.

Stairs to upper units were dangerous as they were unequal in spacing with one having nearly a 9” rise causing a trip hazard.
