Bed was hard...the night staff did not want to give more than 2 towels...there was only 2 towels in the room to begin with. Family of 5.

The room smelled moldy and the fridge was smelly especially the freezer section. The free breakfast was only bread and cheap muffins and biscuits. The yogurt was even past the best by date

The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Room had a weird smell to it. Horrible channels available for the TV. Biscuits in breakfast were cold. Parking lot is way too small for the amount of rooms at this hotel. The employee at the desk on Saturday morning was weird. Kept staring at everyone who was eating breakfast.

Smell of room when checked in. Need air freshener smelt like refrigerator needed to be left open to air out. Clean but smelled of leftover food.

The approach front desk was not able to find the reservation. Ask me to call Booking instead of him calling. A few mins later reservation appeared.

The price was great! Room was clean and cold! Just a bit more attention to customer service.

Guess are only allowed 2 towels per room; even though room was for 4 people, I was very surprised went I went to ask for 2 more towels and this was the answer and for $230 a night at least I can get more towels. The pool was not available, the air conditioning was not on and it made the room smell very musty at the beginning. The smell went away after we left door open for a hour or so. Not sure was was wrong with the water but it made my skin feel like I had soap that never rinsed off. Front staff was not friendly, not one smile since I checked in. Breakfast is free but not good variety.

Location was close to the event I attended, room was decent size. AC worked really good.

Staff was hard to understand. The front door kept jamming and was hard to get in and out of our room. There is a lot of road noise from the highway. Bathroom was dirty, toilet was loose from the floor and filthy.

When we got there the room was super hot took a few hours before it got comfortable. The room key stopped working had to wait outside for the issue to be fixed it was after 10:30 pm and we just wanted to shower and go to bed

Close to Frost Bank Center

Came in after our concert. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely hard to understand and got snippy with me when I didn’t understand him. Then got to the room and it was 90 degrees. Turned on the AC and it finally cooled off several hours later. People were outside till all hours loud and the car traffic could be heard all night long. Way too expensive for the location and experience.

Poor breakfast, there was nothing but bread. The toaster didn't even work well. There was no fruit, no yogurt, no milk. We had to go out to buy breakfast.

The staff made my husband wait OFF property for me to arrive in the dead of the heat after we rode our bikes an hour to get there.

We were able to walk from frost bank center-about 20 minutes. The rooms inside are better than the outside appeal of the building. I wouldn’t say the area is nice, strictly went to the hotel for the location but we were pleasantly surprised by the room itself. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was essentially non existent, I wouldn’t count on that. Room has fridge and microwave which is nice. Overall, okay for the night and close to frost bank center.

A people friendly manager.

Toilet was rocking and very low to the floor. Shower head diverter didn't work completely work so water continued to flow from faucet. Breakfast was cold powder eggs, cold sausage.

Close to area we were going to. Easy freeway access. Large room.
