The beds were hard, staff was not too friendly and the area was kind of sketchy.

Even though I got a no smoke room the room smelled like cigarettes. I know it’s not their fault if the previous customer doesn’t follow the rules but I wish the maintenance person communicated that to front desk and gone from there. Another issue is the elevator I’ve been to this hotel previously and every time the elevator is worsening what I mean by that is it moves in an irregular way. I’m not sure what is wrong with the mechanics but it goes a little too high and then it drops a bit to stop at your floor and takes a while to open. It’s only one of the elevators that has this issue you can definitely tell the difference if you test both of them out.

The staff is really friendly and respectful. Bathroom was clean, fridge was in really good working condition, sheets were clean I always inspect for bed bugs safe to say there weren’t any! There wasn’t any weird stains either on any of the bed sheets/covers. The lobby is nice too looks new!

The smell of mold, I had to change room because I had my two kids which includes a 5 weeks old baby. Everything looked old and not properly maintained. Everywhere had a weird smell. Only grateful we had somewhere to rest our heads for the night as we had important business taking care of in Houston.

My whole family had instant diarrhea after eating the breakfast. Stomach was upset all day. Something is unsanitary to cause this to happen. Unless the pancake mix used to make the waffles is laxative instead. If you are constipated please indulge in a full breakfast at this location!!!

Staff was not present. Advertised breakfast was not available for any of the days that we stayed. Bugs were being found constantly throughout the room and bedding.

There was a bunch of broken equipment by the back door by the first-floor elevator giving the impression that management doesn't care about us costumers. It's like they think that only low-income people visit this place so what it matters how its surroundings looks. There wasn't breakfast as advertised. Wish was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. The hotel is located close to what it looks like to abandon businesses. Giving the feeling that those are unsafe surroundings. Someone was smoking marihuana ither in their room or at the stairs by the 2nd-floor elevator because we were hit by the horrible smell as soon as we came out of the elevator. We don't care people smoking whatever they want to smoke, but inside of a hotel the smell of marihuana is not a pleasant smell. The toilet water was running as if the flapper wasn't fitted correctly. I calculated that there was a waste of 3 gallons of water per hour. We truly appreciated the room being cold when we come in it, but it was extremely cold wisht indicate that the hotel is wasting lot of resources.

The room was very clean and lining smelled fresh. Front desk Laddy was very nice and welcoming. Plenty of TV options to watch for the entire family.

Everything it’s not very clean also we had to take our own towels down to get new 1s. The elevator kept stopping on floor three even though we was pushing five. They people that stay there is very weird. The location is very sketchy.
