The staff was rude and disrespectful I had problems getting in my room every time I left in done with quality inn.

Pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned the rooms had a weird smell to them breakfast barely has any options and staff aren’t attentive

The room was not clean, stains in the bathroom and walls. Refrigerator was dirty and carpet had food on it. The location is terrible, lots of people walking around at night and no kind of cameras or anything.

Found hair on the floor and my first set of sheets had a stain on it but the staff fixed it quick.

The room had water damage. Looked like it was mold at the ceiling. There bathroom still had long black hair on the floor. The baseboard was missing on the wall from the bathroom. There was a drink left in the refrigerator from the previous guest.

Check in was at 3 but we were not able to get our key until 4. The restroom in the lobby you had to get a key from the front desk which was pretty busy since we were having to wait since we were not able to get checked in for an extra hour. The morning of check out we were awaken 2 hours before check out by house keeping asking if we were staying another day or checking out.

The room was decent for the price, very dated.

1. Not being allowed to take my breakfast to my room; we ended up checking out before 9am to go get breakfast else where. 2. Being charged for my room before checking in. I wasn't able to change my form of payment.; I booked my room using a credit card & wanted to change when I arrived & was told my credit card had already been charged. 3. The entry into the lobby of rooms was dark & a strong odor of marijuana and musty. 4. Guests hanging out in the parking lot & around the door. 5. Stained up furniture in the room. 6. No washcloths to wash our face.

The location was okay for the event I was attending, was the only decent thing I liked.

The outside looked sketchy and unsafe. The lobby was a little dark and there was no restroom in the lobby I could use after my long drive.

The room was clean but the tub looked old or it had mildew on it.

I just didn’t like the area. It smell like smoke in the room and in the hallways. Then you had to pay $20 per person to eat breakfast which I thought that was included with your stay.

As soon as I pulled in I knew I made a mistake booking here. Sketchy people walking around in the parking lot all night. The loud door to the outside open and shuts constantly with people going in and out. My towel was covered in long black hair(not mine, blonde). WiFi did not work whatsoever! Felt very unsafe alone with my toddler.

I was satisfied with most aspects of the hotel, I cannot say that there was much to improve. You are in a very unattractive neighborhood but you can’t change that.

I did not get up early enough for breakfast. However the coffee was not good and the size of cup I received to use for coffee was the size of a dixie cup.

I did not like the property. The outside looked shady and creepy and there were homeless everywhere and I had to hurry up and get in the hotel before dark and I’m glad I was with my husband because no single woman needs to be in that area alone.

The fent heads around the establishment and my room was NOT prepared when I got there like nobody cleaned it at all bed sloppy no towels or anything

It smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the hallway was even worse. The carpet in the hall was filthy.

Morning, noon or night the hallway to our room smelled like someone was smoking pot. The rooms all had no smoking on them but someone was smoking pot. The staff were cleaning several times we walked through and smelled pot, so the facility should of new about it Plus I told the about the smell.

Location was good for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
