No microwave in the room is a big inconvenience. Having to use the community microwave in the lobby is unsanitary and just unacceptable. Other then NO microwave in the room its a great place to catch up on your sleep and relax.

The tv was from 1982 , you literally had to turn it on and let it warm up because half the screen was black till it warmed up. Oh and their was roaches , like a lot of roaches not just one or two , but for the price it was it

Extremely Rude Front Desk Clerk! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived & Did Not notice a lot of cars in parking lot. When we inquired about rooms that were available, we asked for one of those. Very smugly & arrogantly, clerk wanted to charge additional fees (room was pre paid). We refused & notified employer about room delay (was called for emergency assistance regarding work issue). We've never encountered this issue or rudeness before & will No Longer be using this motel.

When we finally got our room, it was clean.

There was a mix up with double charging. I paid through booking.com and motel clerk thought it was pre authorization and charged me again. However it was resolved within a couple days.

The amount of roaches in the room. Didn't notice much at first but one night of my trip I stayed up late, omg I killed close to 15 roaches that night. I shook out everything before I left so I took no new friends home with me. Also fidge in room wad plugged into non working outlet so we had to move it to get a working fridge.

Pool was closed middle of summer. Ony 1 set of stairs going going up to the second floor and it was in the middle so my room was all the way at the other end and it was kind of a hassle.

They advertise free wifi, but there was no wifi. No breakfast. They said they had coffee, but they did not at any time, not even in the morning. There is a sign on the entrance saying the lobby is open from 6am-10pm, but the lobby is locked 24/7. When I asked why they don't honor the sign, the front desk guy said "Oh that sign is old," so I recommend they remove the sign if it is false; we had to transact through a side window. We booked a NON-smoking room, but they put us in a smoking room. I was nauseated from the stench, plus their were ash trays in the room. I went back to front office and explained I booked NON smoking, and the front desk guy said he did put us in non smoking, even tho he did not. We went back to room and kept the window and door open to let some of the smell out. Several roaches greeted us throughout our stay, but ran back to their hiding spots within the room. The bathroom was fine, but a previous guest had a marker and scribbled all over the wall, perhaps a child. There is dog poop scattered throughout the property. Watch your step! There is a phone, but it doesn't work at all.

Bed was comfy, nice decorations, hot and cold running water, roof over our head, within walking distances to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks.

oom was dirty and only had sheets on the bed. multiple people hung outside and loud all night, the cleaning crew was as well loud and woke us up with there music. the room walls are paper thin, the walls were peeling and bathroom light is also a heater bulb and was afraid it was going to catch on fire. the staff was rude and check in and was on cell phone and even though i pre booked on line i had to wait 20 minutes to confirm my booking. no breakfest and or aduqute machines on site for food.
