The room smelled of cigarettes and dirty feet, dirty carpet.Condition of bathroom fixtures and room in general is poor. The decor also doesn't look like it's been updated in a few decades. They're were people who looked like residents hanging out in the parking lot at 1am. Another different set of people just hanging out in their car. My key didn't work so those people were watching me, a single woman traveling alone. Made me super uncomfortable. When I moved to a different room, more people just hanging out in their car poolside. Parking was tight so had to park far away from my room.i know I like to have my car in close proximity to keep an eye on it. I should have taken pictures.

Allen was great and his customer service was very accommodating. He tried to help to the best of his abilities so this poor rating has nothing to do with him. I also like the location of hotel. It's near the stadium and a lot of restaurants and shopping areas in Arlington, Which is why I chose this hotel. The rate was very affordable but now I know why.

The Inn was not really clean at all. Bathroom has a lot of black molds from the wall, ceiling and tub. The bathroom floor is so dirty and sticky. The bed linens are too old need to be replaced. The comforters has some ripped off or cigarette burn marks. The towels has stains. Carpet is so dusty and dirty. They need to upgrade this facility. Breakfast is not enjoyable. They just offer waffle, cereals, yougurt, coffee and juice. I guess they serve limitted items only because some homeless tries to sneek in during breakfast time. I feel the price is too much for this facility.

I didn’t like the fact that the Inn is located near a busy shopping center. The fact that the Inn had no fence and opened to people coming from every direction meant one had to be extra security conscious. In addition, is the fact that the rooms had a smoke filled smell. We have to request to move to another room, yet we saw men smoking marijuana and cigarettes in every corner of the hotel.

I like the room design and the security lock with card as access key.

My room smelled like a wet dirty rag my wife had to buy an air freshener for it, the water when taking a shower would not go down the drain, breakfast was not much and ran out of waffle mix kitchen was dirty

Our bathtub was backed up because the drain was full of disgust. It obviously had not been clean for a long time, but there was no one on site to fix it. they offered to move us, but we used coffee straws to drain the tub

Very convenient to the road. They were extremely accommodatable by letting us check in early. The room appeared very clean and smelled clean.

The air conditioner was not working properly, and there was a large gap in the door at the bottom. And a lot of activities going on outside the door all night long. The Hotel, in general, needed improvement in the cosmetics as well as the parking lot. There were a lot of unworking vehicles in the parking lot.

The location was very good it was easy to get to, and you were able to get to wherever you need to go with any problems.

The first room had a water leak. The carpet was soaked by the bed next to the restroom. The tv inches 1st room was not set up to receive the cable channels.

The pictures online is not what I got. The tub didn't drain at all when showering. The water pressure was really bad. It just looked old and kinda had that old mildew smell. Looked nothing like the pictures and some of the people hanging around the parking lot seemed sketchy.

Our room seemed run down, loose plug-ins , low water pressure, cracked tiles, saw a roach on bathroom wall ,and was required to pay an additional $50 deposit which I was told would be refunded back to my card, have sent two messages and haven’t heard back, as far as a free breakfast I don’t consider fruit loops and waffles much of a breakfast

The rug in the room was really wet by the bed. It stayed wet the whole stay. The front door was hard to open.

Staff are not accommodating. There was no one in the counter when we came to check in. We waited for like 5 mins. We asked for some disposable utensils at night and the staff simply said kitchen is closed.

Breakfast is just waffle, apple and yogurt. Coffee or Tea and juice and 2 cereals. They need to add at least eggs and bacon. Location is great near restaurants.

The air conditioner barely worked and kept shutting down. The resurfacing of the tub was cracking around the drain and coming up.. and the stain beneath was a suspicious looking reddish brown color. The selection to watch on the television was more limited than any other motel I've stayed at, even ones that cost less.

It was better than sleeping outdoors or in my car. It was quiet and close to the concert venue were there for. Unlike most motels, they provided multiple pillows. Four for each bed.

Door was damaged and looked like someone had tried to kick it in. Bed was too hot.

Could not get clean looking sheets. Both beds had sheets with hair on them. When we got new ones, one set had hair AND makeup on it. Did not convince us things were being washed well. The curtains have sun rot in the lining, so the morning sun came through the holes. Floor moldings had pretty thick dust accumulation. Room needed a thorough spring clean.

The pool was clean.
