Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI only had decaffeinated coffee options in my room. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Limited breakfast items for those needing gluten free and lactose free options. We didn’t see an elevator so we carried our bags up and down the stairs.
It was close to many places that we like to shop and eat.

United StatesAll of the halls smelled like cooked spiced foods. Breakfast provided was basic and some items were cold. Most tables in eating area were empty but they were all dirty. Room could have been cleaned better. Sunflower seeds against wall and behind TV. A few towels were dingy. Would not recommend.
