Like the close proximity to family’s home. Liked the 7/11 next door. Liked that room service did keep up our room. Didn’t like that our room had some mold on the ceiling. Disliked that despite us being 3 in the room, only 1 bath towel was provided. The breakfast available were some waffles(made by you), cereal, or some pastries, orange juice and milk available in a fridge, and coffee, unfortunately none of us had the breakfast because it wasn’t appealing.

Our room had yellowjackets and I got stung. Thankfully me and not my husband as he is severely allergic. I am contacting customer service as the front desk staff did not seem concerned, even after I showed them my hand and took the yellowjackets to them. I feel a full refund is in order.

This hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering the $320 price tag for a basic room. It was fine, but the hallways smelled like cat litter, and the room also had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. Cleanliness was fine, but not fantastic. Appliances seemed out of date and stained.

The room was not cleaned very good I stayed there twice n had to clean all the surfaces.Sticky stuff on the desk n end stands on both sides of the bed were dirty, the shower head is nasty..only one was cloth n only one toilet paper on roll no extra n I was there three days.The mattress was very lumpy n uncomfortable.Didn't have anything on the breakfast I could eat.Very loud at night.Last but not least the only chair in the room to set on was very unsafe as I fell on the floor maybe chair built for skinny people.

The hallways smelled like pet/urine, especially the stairwells. The exterior stairwell door didn’t lock properly so while we felt mostly safe it was a little surprising. The breakfast options weren’t great, but we made it work. We booked a Deluxe Queen because we wanted a sofa (which I confirmed would be the arrangement when I called) but our room had armchairs instead.

The property was in a decent location with easy access to stores and restaurants. The pool was in great condition and was open late which our family enjoyed. The bed was comfortable and despite it being near a busy intersection it was pretty quiet at night. The rooms were clean but did have a slight pet/urine smell upon checking in that went away when we used the AC.

The carpeting in the hallways was very dirty and dingy. The breakfast was very mediocre. Towels were very thin and skimpy. And there were not adequate towels in the room. We asked twice during our stay for more. The room was not cleaned during our stay.
