I didn't like the breakfast bar, the only hot thing they had was waffles,I'm not a waffle guy. GET A BETTER SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST!!!

Breakfast was crappy and it did not stay open late enough- do you really you stop serving breakfast at 9am? The help at the front desk was not too friendly. I did not see any other help while we stayed there

Lobby is a little deceptive—recently renovated, but rooms and corridors are quite old and worn out. Smelled a little smoky from old times I assume. Windows didn't quite latch and ceilings were very low. Carpet was very old and linens had a cigarette burn hole.

Right off the interstate, friendly staff seems to care about guests.

Worn and lacking in cleaning. Smoke detectors were beeping for lack of good battery. There were an inordinate amount of bees in the room. Headboard was broken and the carpet was worn and coming up. Had booked a “executive suite” because we needed the space and upon check in was told that I was being put in a newly remodeled room at no extra charge - turned out that was a standard queen room with no suite amenities. The young man at the desk was inexperienced and needed more training.

Tried.to.charge.additional.$40 ton ust get.key early as we.were going.to SPAC.and.didnt get back.until.1am. We didn't want.access.to the room.just.trying to.avoid dealing.st 1 am. The manager on the phone the previous day said no problem and never mentioned.additoanl.fees. Also,.whe.we.pulled.up.at.11am, there.were.several "unsavory".characters.hanging out.in front.of.thw.entrance.and in the.parking lot. We.felt.unsafe.and.almost.didn't stay here because of that. when we came .back.at.1, .theren was no sign of.them.but.they were.bacl.whem.checking out.

It’s been needing a remodel for 30 years. Under the sink there were signs of serious mold. There were bulbs missing from the fixtures, so only one switch worked in the bathroom. Things were broken and furniture very worn.

The staff were kind and helpful. The floors and linen were clean. I sincerely hope they will be able to make the needed repairs and upgrades and not just paint over the problems. I slept well.

This hotel would not even pass a state inspection, it made me sad that we got stuck having to stay some where like that.

The hotel was dilapidated, the lobby had missing ceiling tiles, water damage spots on the ceiling, the carpet was filthy. The room door was loose and didn't close properly. We circled the hotel several time, desperately searching for a better hotel, but was forced to stay their or sleep in our car for the night. They did change the room to a better one after we complained about the conditions. We did not try to eat their because of the dirty facility.

If I wasnt with my dog I wouldnt have felt safe. The doors to get in through the side of the hotel didnt lock. The windows didnt lock and the screens were ripped. My room faced the highway in the back. If I was alone I probably woukd have checked out sooner than I did. I left a day early.

I liked that I could stay there with my dog.

Things were being fixed or renovated. No one comes to do you bed. After cleaning the bathroom there were fruit flies there. You can easily hear the Neighbors at night.

It was convenient for the purpose we needed it for. Close by to the places we needed to go. The room was a nice big size. They changed the towels and through out the garbage from the bathroom. Parking is right there nearby.

The food!

The staff when we checked in was wonderful. But the morning staff not so much. My stepson is special needs and has a very bland diet and would not eat anything they had for breakfast except yogurt. Had I know it would have been this way I would brought food for him

Breakfast was not much of anything. No one there to keep what was there stocked. Also, I tripped over an electrical cover raised up 3/8" in the hallway of my room. Let the front desk know of a trash can with fruit flies in and around it. Took over 12hours to change liner.

The place is very old, my toilet ran all night & there were 2 Bobby pins on the floor, which were not mine 😳 Wall paper was falling down in bathroom... just very dated & not that cleanly...

1) Room didn’t have a TV.. not in the bedroom or living room.. we even upgraded to the sweet with the jacuzzi. 2) We had knocking on our door before 11am check out for room cleaning.. and then got a call from the property telling us it was checkout exactly at 11am…

The place is a bit worn, missing a light bulb over the hot tub....missing a lamp shade in the bedroom....and a burnt out bulb in the fridge. To be rated like an upscale hotel those details need to be perfect. The kid at the desk had his college sweatshirt on.

The room was crappy, the A/C was noisy. We were shown one room before we checked in that smelled funky and we did not stay in that room. Beds OK but bathroom barely passable. A/C blew all night on my wife, she had to get up and sleep on the plastic covered love seat that was really too small for her. We left too early to have breakfast so I could not rate it, but it looked cheap. No separate room for breakfast just a corner of the front lobby. Not very appealing.
