AC didn’t work well, so they sent up an engineer. He opened the panel, said, “Oh, here’s the problem, the hot side is on, put panel back on and said “it should cool off in a few minutes.” Never cooled. No cream & sugar with coffee in room. Had to go to front desk and ask for. First time for that….

Good place in the center of Pueblo for a business trip. Nice restaurants in working distance.

The room had a lot of wear and tear. Stains on the walls. Missing towel bar in the bathroom. White sheets on the bed were discolored. Mattress was hard, and pillows were thin and uncomfortable.

The location was great. The staff was very polite and welcoming. It had a lot of amenities.

There was no vent in the bathroom for exhaust. The window seals had been leaking and there was rust build up and moisture between the glass panes. For the price of the room, breakfast should have been complimentary.

Property was clean and well built. Beds and pillows were great. Staff were friendly too. Price point was reasonable.

Homeless people everywhere , pushing carts on the sidewalk on hotel property. Hanging out behind hotel drinking and fighting across the street. Roaming the parking lot and it was only 8:30pm. Both mattresses were all springs and sloped toward the nightstands. Very uncomfortable.

Onsite restaurant was extremely limited in terms of menu (basically we could only order a quesadilla or flatbread). Staff let us know this right away but we were exhausted from a day of driving and had selected the hotel because it said it had an onsite restaurant. Food was excellent but expensive and our cocktails were delicious. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel- like diesel exhaust or extremely dirty vents.

Convenient location and they had visible security. Pool and hot tub were great although pool was cold. Staff was friendly and courteous.

My husband and I both love this Marriott Courtyard location. Every time we have to come to Pueblo, CO, we always stay here.

We specifically booked here because it said it had ev chargers. It does not. The chargers are in a public lot down the street. They should not be allowed to claim chargers that are not on their property.

The hotel is fine. It was clean and very close to the riverwalk, which was nice.
