Minor things really, the space was great. I wish there was a screen on the sliding door to let fresh air in. The bedroom air was a little stuffy and could use a small air purifier.

The space was excellently located for the class I was attending. I arrived during a heatwave so was extremely grateful the a/c temperature was cool. I liked that there was outside seating on the deck. The neighborhood was walkable with an excellent coffee shop nearby as well as natural grocers.

This place was fantastic. It was located in a very convenient spot for our hiking adventures headed east, and in what felt like a very safe neighborhood, convenient to all the stops that we needed to make after the airport to prepare for our trip! The host gave us all the information we needed in advance, and was very responsive to text messages when we had questions about our stay. The facilities and amenities were impeccable. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a long day exploring, the shower was hot and with great water pressure, and the host was gracious with some offerings such as coffee and water bottles that really helped us settle in.

I'm glad there were two two methods of entry because I, just couldn't work the keykeeper on the sliding glass door. Although it was summer, the weather was cool and I would have liked some kindling and paper also so I could have made a fire. It's likely different in winter. This is a really great place don't let that slight problem I had stop you from booking!

This is a beautiful private space, well furnished with lots of attention to detail, with use of the outside spa which was wonderful! I found the entry through the garage the easiest. There's a fireplace with wood. There was a lovely large screen TV with many options for viewing. It's the lower level of the house and yet the owners are so quiet I hardly noticed them. There's a tiny fridge, an air fryer, a coffee maker with many choices, a hot water boiler, just all the things you would want.... I just love to be able to heat up things and store the stuff I had in my cooler in the fridge. The hot tub was lovely. I felt very safe and secure and comfortable here.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. I really wanted to use the hot tub, but it was too hard to get in and out of. Maybe a better ladder so you can get up over the wall of the tub easier. There's a deck that was hard for me to step off from. It could use a small step like about 3 or 4 inches high to make it easier. I'm 65 yrs old. The lighting was dim. When you walk into the unit from the garage, the light in the entryway didn't come on. Maybe the light bulb was burned out, but it made it hard to see while using the microwave and trying to clean up afterward. Also, there's a pretty clock on the wall, over the coffee station, but the time was way off. Maybe it needs a battery. I thought it would be nice to move the coffee station and instead put a small table and chairs in that spot. I like having a table to sit at when I'm eating or using my laptop, but the whole stay was very nice.

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was super comfortable. Very good quality mattress. It was very easy to unload the car right into the room. I liked having the bedroom separate from the living room. I'm not and early riser, but my husband is. We were able to close the bedroom so I could continue sleeping while he was up. The host takes very good care of his property. The Hot tub was beautiful. My husband really enjoyed it after driving so much.

I couldn't use the hot tub, because it's very hard to get in and out of. My husband loved it... The deck in the back needs a step to make it easier to step down and back up again for people with short legs, plus I'm 65 yes old. I really wanted to use the hot tub, but everything else was great.

The bed was so comfortable. very good quality. The hot tub is beautiful. Nice neighborhood. Very clean. Easy to unload your stuff into the unit.

I arrived late at night and it was hard to read the address. I found it by the picture on my GPS app. Maybe paint the address a white color to be easier to find at night. Not a complaint just a suggestion.

15 minutes from the airport. My flight was delayed and after 20 hours. I finally got to Portland. The place was easy to find and it was a fantastic find. Will stay again if in the area. I give it easily 5 stars.

The rooms were very cozy. Nice bed, good shower, set up for coffee/tea included. There was a small refrigerator, microwave and cups/paper plates, cutlery, available. The living room had comfortable chair and couch and a fireplace. There was a hot tub outside that I did not use. Also well heated. Washer and Dryer available.

The heatingsystem is pretty noisy and not easy to control yourself. All the rest was perfect!

I loved everything about this property. Amazing! Warm. Inviting. Peaceful. Homey. Excellent condition. Clean. Comfy. A beautiful park located about 1/2 block away. Restaurants and shops about a 0.7 miles away. Wow! The owner thought of just about everything one might forget to pack. This and the extra amenities make guests comfortable, welcome and feel appreciated. Definitely going to be my go to place when I visit. I may not want to go home! LOL

Max's place was absolutely perfect and he was incredible generous and thoughtful during my stay. The downstairs suite was exactly what I needed for my time near Portland. The neighborhood is sweet and safe and is close to all the major things that you would need. The apt is well stocked and the bed is super comfy. nice shower and bath area. I didn't really need to cook, so the microwave, fridge and keurig coffe was great for me. the hot tub and back yard was a super bonus! I highly recommend this place if you need be east of portland.
