Our door was broken and wouldn't shut and lock right. Desk clerk was reluctant to come look because we were leaving. She gave it a temporary fix but still kept happening

Nice full size fridge, microwave, no kitchen.

For the most part we actually feel like a guest. Something rare in hotels within this budget. This hotel is like a favorite warm hoody. A little tattered in places but very comfortable. Great beds.

The bathrooms had some cracks in it from moisture and just wear and tear on the walls

The location is great and they have big screen TVs which is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and I love that they have a recliner in the room

I had to use an outlet in the room for CPAP , the outlet had no cover and looked a little dangerous I should have notified the front desk but didn't

The pool is a bit chili. In the summer that’s not so bad. But in the colder seasons I won’t swim in the pool. We just soak in the hot tub instead.

The lady that is there to greet us and check us in every time we visit is a cut above in hospitality. She always makes us feel welcomed, and is very helpful and kind. We always look forward to seeing her when we stay here.

THE HOT TUB HAS WAY TO MUCH CHLORINE IN IT! Totally bleached out our swim suits an Gabe my daughter an I headaches for over 24 hours! I will say it was not as bad as last few times we stayed 🙂

The location and hard to find parking. New to area and wanted my vehicle as close as possible.

The spaciousness and quietness. Very nice rooms. Would definitely stay again.

not a great outside view. bathroom a little out dated some old cracks and seals. not too bad of cosmetic though. tall toilets I’m 5’5”pillows you can feel the pieced cottons from washing and drying. beds were comfortable. breakfast was just some hostess coffee cake and muffin and coffee. staff friendly

Where do I begin? Filthy all the way around. Very shady clientele, truly felt like we were staying at a rent by hour motel.

The manager canceled my rooms without consulting my sister about her rooms as well. He had only looked at the last name and not that we both had booked 2 rooms under 2 separate first names.

Beds not so hard and better breakfast also staff that listens when u say no room service so they wait till u leave to go in ur room anyways

the game room had two games both broke the room had burn marks all over bathroom and it looked like a horror movie the pool and hot tub had wayyy too much chlorine and there were random people creeping around staring

When first driving up the parking lot had people grilling and drinking, The people were a little seedy (looked like drug deals were going on). Did not like walking the parking lot after dark, not enough lights. At 4 oclock in the morning, a fight between two people was going on in the parking lot and woke us up, left us feeling a little afraid.

it was close to family and friends. It did not charge for parking. The room was clean and did not smell. the person at the front desk when asked had the plastic bag for the ice bucket. There were breakfast items available.
