We didn't get an opportunity to experience breakfast due to a holiday weekend, however due to this, upgraded accommodations were made

Very central location in Plainview. Easy to find, close to a park. Outdoor area very comfortable. The house was very clean. Coffee station on each floor, ice cream area i the main sitting area.

The toilets need updating with 17-inch high bowls. The front door lock is sometimes hard to operate, so be sure to get specific instructions. I couldn't find any spoons for the ice cream.

This is a charming old mansion with lots of rooms in it. Multiple common rooms give it facilities that you won't find in other motels. Breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was delicious and variety of options. Privacy was excellent, security was great and customer service was more than excellent.

Entry procedures. The instructions to get into the property were not clear enough. You are given a code to enter the B&B, but more than one door has an entry code requirement, if you choose the wrong door.....Owner needs to improve these instructions and provide a map. The door key pads are not easily seen, especially at night. If you do not have a light, you will not see the numbers pad. The B&B listing said there was a bathrobe (there wasn't) and a refrigerator in the room. There was no fridge in the room, it was a communal accessory in the hallway. This was not what we wanted as there were medical supplies we needed to keep cool. You can't leave these in a communal facility! Cleanliness was generally very good but drawers and shelving aren't being wiped. We also found two bottles of water and a sock under the bed.

Hotel was in a quiet location. The accommodation was of an high standard. The free ice cream! Selection of teas and coffees. The building and its lounge/dining facilities

It would be an improvement to offer breakfast on site every day. On the day we stayed, we were given a $20 credit to a nearby boutique restaurant which was very nice. It would have added to our experience if we could have eaten in the dining room of the B&B.

This is a beautiful property and well furnished in period-correct furnishings. Delightful ambiance and large bedroom. Very welcoming feeling.

This is a GREAT find. We travel to Plainview often to visit family. I will never stay in hotel there again. This, by far, exceeds any hotel in that town. The breakfast was great. the rooms were amazing.

After an 8 hour trek getting there we were looking forward to an ice cream. It’s a small thing but such a nice touch. We were disappointed that the freezer wasn’t stocked this time but maybe next time. Won’t stop us from booking again!

Love the location and the comforts of home! We were very pleased with the breakfast at the restaurant Tables on 10th. At first we were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t on site (weekdays) but love that the two have partnered up! Excellent choice! Will definitely be back!

Location was easy to get to. Quiet, comfortable room. Young lady who cooked our breakfast was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this BnB. We will definitely be back.
