Room key card stopped working several times the three days I was there had to keep going up to the front desk to fix them. No trash liner in the trash can in our room, pillows were like soft rocks, towels for the bath room would been urperfect for my 3ft five year old niece but, being a 6’4 285 lb man didn’t work as well. For the price for being California wasn’t bad I just would have thought they would have a few more amenities. A second elevator would have been nice to if they had one on each side.

Great Location, on site secure parking and friendly staff. It served it purpose somewhere safe to sleep after your adventure in San Diego.

It is a very noisy neighborhood. The highway is close - and also the rooms walls are not thick enough. I was unlucky to have a couples fighting next to my room all the night. This is not the place's fault - but ruined my stay.

There was a constant smell of mold in the bathroom and the room had a constant wetness feel in the beds and our clothes stayed damp the whole stay. We were charged a safe fee 2 days after we checked out when we didn’t use the safe.

The room was a good size. There were a good amount of channels to watch. The air and fridge worked good. It was quiet and clean.

That when got there i had been asking for an early checking traveling 4 hours i spoke to the Manager she was gonna try her best to have aroom available. I had to be at work in Coronado at2 an when we arrive there was a VERY POWER HUNGRY YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WHO WAS TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING IN HER POWER NOT TO LET ANYONE IN BEFOR 4PM IN WHICH I APPEARED BE THE ONLY ONE THERE I WAS BOOKED AN OAID FOR 3 DAYS AN AHE COULD NOT SHOW ANY HOSPITALITY AN APPEARED MORE CONCERNED WITH IAS MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS WHO DONT HAVE A CA ID YET AN SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO BE ON PROPERTY WITHOUT ID ...SO I WAS FORCE TO TAKE MY DAUGHTERS WHO ONLY WANTED TO SHOWER AN REST AS IT WAS S A FAM VACATION FOR THEM,, 00INSTRAD FORED TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT UNTILL 7PM WHEN I GOT A LUNCH DROVE BACK DROPEEDBTHEM AN WHEN BACK OVER THE BRIDGE THE REST OF STAFF WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE SNOTTY RED HEAD WHO WOULD NOT EVEN CONTACT THE MANAGER FOR ME WHEN ASKED

Amenities are outdated, missing hair dryer. Old restroom. Smells gross like cigarettes & mold. Feels old & attracts rowdy people. Only comes with white sheet & thin brown blankets with stains. Towels are small/feel very cheap. Entire place is kinda dirty on outside stairs smell like pee. Old elevator. Pool filthy.

This is a good place if you want a cheap stay. You get your moneys worth. The room reeked of cigarettes & I believe mold. We had to disinfect the entire place felt filthy. However, the beds were comfy I recommend bringing an additional blanket. Parking is ID secured.
