Location was excellent.. Literally a five minute walk to town. The Inn was decorated for the holidays. Just beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again soon.

Very cute B&B. Homey, great breakfast in the morning. Fun fall decorations and nicely furnished rooms. Close to downtown and the wineries. The host offered recommendations and told us which spots we would need reservations for. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful! The property is exceptionally maintained and clean! The fall decor was awesome and created a wonderful warm feeling. Inside and out was just immaculate and so cozy and relaxing. We had an amazing homemade vegetable quiche with sausage, fresh berries and cinnamon bread. Waking up and getting a cup of coffee and relaxing on the porch then going in for a beautiful and amazing breakfast was awesome! I can’t wait to come back!! Everyone was super nice, attentive and accommodating!

Breakfast was amazing! Homemade quiche, fresh fruit and coffee cake! Beautifully presented and served! The house was decorated for fall and was beautiful! Will be staying there again!

As much as we appreciated the care that went into the breakfast, variety would have made it even nicer. Eggs and cheese become unpalatable after 3 days. It also would have been nice to have had a pot of coffee rather than a keurig. The sink faucet handles in the bathroom were very difficult to negotiate. Our room, being at front of house, was noisy. We heard trains and cars throughout the night.

The location was ideal in that it allowed us to walk into town. We enjoyed one evening where our host spent some time with us, sharing one of her favorite wines! Our room was fairly comfortable and made us feel at home.

Our bedroom was hot and stuffy. Overhead fan was not enough. We had to open windows in the middle of the night and it still was hot

The whole experience from booking to meeting Tricia to our entire stay through to leaving her lovely place was a great experience and added to our visit to Lodi. We'll be back when we're in town!

What a great B&B! Tricia,the owner is helpful and a great hostess. Love the location, it’s within walking distance of great restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Great wineries are nearby. Breakfast was delicious.

Location of the Inn.. just a 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurants. The warm welcome by owner. Tricia. Spotless. Delicious quiche for breakfast. Comfy bed and large bathroom with double sinks

Little noisy…some other guests decided to play Yahtzee downstairs and the noise of the dice on the hardwood table woke us up. Maybe not the best choice of games in a shared space.
