Furniture is old and not very comfortable, especially the pull out sleeper sofa. Very small for our family of 6.

I did call for extra towels/blanket and didn't get them delivered for some reason. I just end up just paying to wash the laundry myself to keep the sheets and towels clean during the week stay.

First time having a room with amenities and a balcony, and we absolutely loved it! My little ones love being able to watch the waves and people walking below on the boardwalk.

Bedroom window allowed a lot of light through at night also very noisy in bedroom from being so close to main road and beds were uncomfortable.

Right on the boardwalk. Short walk to Springfest event. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean! We enjoyed are morning awaking to a wonderful sunrise.

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

We have traveled to ocean city many times but this was our first stay at the Polynesian and we were very impressed! By far the cleanest place we have stayed. When we travel back to ocean city we will definitely be booking here again!

It made me feel like I was home, very comfort and relaxing. We had great view and when we walk into the Condo, I would of love living here, this condo was so nice and had everything that you needed.

No hair dryer. Pillows were flat. Had to return parking pass, it was out of our way.

Comfortable, clean unit. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. Liked the use of the Roku.

There wasn’t much that I disliked, but if I had to complain, I’d say the bedroom TV required too much effort in regard to downloading apps and logging into an account… I will say that didn’t really bother me as I didn’t spend enough time in there to care.

Location was phenomenal. The Condo was clean and convenient. Usually I do a good cleaning when I enter a vacation home or hotel room… however, this place was cleaned better than most places I’ve stayed. I clean any and everything that my body or hands touch and I can say that it didn’t require much. I loved the balcony and the stand up shower. I defiantly will rent this unit again.

Our codo was dirty and I called 2 different times and was Promised someone would come to reclean, NO ONE CAME! Called at 4:23pm day of check in 1st time. I Took pictures (of dirty dryed food on dishes, greasy stove, Crumbs and popcorn under cushions, burnt food in botton of the oven, hair on counters, tables, floor had Crumbs on also.) I sent them to girl that I was on phone with when she asked for them. And the refrigerator inner seal around door at the bottom of door was partially hanging on floor, again the girl was told and picture was sent. And the tvs didnt work well would shut off.only got like 2 channels, tv would say no connection, no wifi no ect.

When we arrived we found garbage behind the pull out bed and blood on the sheets the said they were going to put in for emergency cleaning but no one came so we had to go to Walmart and buy sheets and a plastic cover for the 2 pullout couches. Which they did reimbursed me for. The one sheet had stains on and the other one had blood on.
