Location and cleanliness.

Stuff was rather rude and unfriendly.

Staff very friendly, efficient & helpful. Room exactly as described, small but had everything I needed. Great shower & plenty of room in bathroom. Great safe which easily held my camera. Even a view of Empire State Building! I did one free guided walk organised by hotel - really enjoyed it & wish I had time for more. Breakfast offered great coffee & basic selection of pastries, bagels, etc., reasonably priced and convenient. Very handy for subway.

Everything important place was close to the hotel. My room was clean and the crew was helpful and kind.

Its clean, central , easy to get there

Maybe doors have a cheerful "face"

Very close to transport and within 10 minutes of your main sight seeing

The shower wasn’t as clean as it should have been, limescale and build up on main shower, so we opted to use the other shower head which was cleaner and a lot of flies and bugs around the drain

The location was great. It was only a couple blocks from Times Square which was really neat. You’re near a lot of good coffee shops and pizza!

The tv only had one station.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is small, but spotlessly clean, and works well for a light traveler. The shower is great. Despite being in the heart of Times Square, it's reasonably quiet.

The bed was very bad. Extremely lumpy are hard. Not comfortable at all. The hardness is ok. But the lumpiness was brutal

Location was perfect. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable.

Would be good if they offered more food choices. They have basic breakfast options, would be ideal if they extended their provision.

the staff was super nice and helpful! even though the rooms are small, we had 5 suitcases and still felt comfortable. the location was nice.

overall clean but could improve next to the bed area

On site cafe/bar is handy for a quick breakfast. Small convenience store just outside the main building for water etc and plenty of restaurants closed very early by.

The double elevators up and down to the room can become a pain over a weeks stay.

excellent location and relatively cheap , very efficient and helpful staff , but corridors like in prison and room extremely small .....

The location was great : close to Times Square and close to a metro station The beds were really confortables

Location close to time square, bus station and subway
