The rooms are outdated, the doors to the rooms were uneven and you can see the light from the hallway. No personal coffee machine in the rooms or microwave. In one of our rooms, the bathroom was so small that you had to put your foot inside the bathtub to sit on the toilet(we had 4 rooms). The refrigerator did not have a freezer in it.

Wish the room had a microwave, we could hear the people above walking around/banging/jumping. People in the hallway running up and down the halls.

The location is excellent, the pool and pool bar are great, the beds are very comfortable.

Every time we use the toilet we had to get maintenance to come up and use the plunger it would the toilet would not flush down the jets in the tub were not clean the red light did not work in the bathroom when I would go down and order towels and all I had always go down I never got them delivered like I did last year This out of all the years I stayed I was a little disappointed about a couple of things and how it didn't work and go out but I love staying there but I was a little upset of how things were

Dirty no soaps hard to get towels loud people above us! Smoking section right where you walk to enter pool or garage it’s disgusting to walk through with your kids!! They need to move that section!

It was filthy. There were bottles of shampoo left over from the previous guests, not to mention the shampoo dispenser was broken. We had to purchase our own toiletries. I would have packed my own but the room description said that the free toiletries were a star feature of this room. My four year old found a razor blade on the floor - we didn’t pack those types of razors so it was left from a previous guest. Our room was also extremely small. My mother had a separate reservation at the same hotel, same time and paid the same amount I did for the same type of room. Her room was updated and much nicer, cleaner, and larger than ours. I understand having some rooms updated and some not, but they shouldn’t be the same price. We never had enough towels and when we asked for some we were continuously told they would bring them. We almost always had to go to the front desk and get them ourselves. Our last day they taped a note to our door saying they were completely out of clean towels. It was a very disappointing hotel stay.

The location of the property was excellent. Easy access to the boardwalk and we enjoyed the front porch area. I also thought the pool and hot tubs were very nice. The elevator was fast and the front desk employees very kind and professional.

It definitely needs a good update. The elevator was working inconsistently and the door closes way too fast. The rooms are small but we already knew they were. The need to invest in more towels and washcloths as they were unable to replace them when cleaning the room.

The pool bar and grill was the highlight of our stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helped climb on top of the van to help unpack the luggage.

We never got a call or communication our room was ready even though we were there early before checkout for a parking pass. My guest would like to make a suggestion of adding hot chocolate packets to the coffee station for a late night sip at the pool since the wind is a bit frigid on the back bar patio. The parking is terrible. No reason for as many handicap spots as you have and the whole lot is so tight (i backed up into a tree and dented my car). The overflow parking is a long walk if you are storing your beach stuff in the car instead of lugging upstairs everyday.

Location is amazing. We love the live music twice a day. Lots of hot tubs is also nice as most places only have 1. Beds are comfortable. We were able to get a late checkout which was wonderful!

The elevators kept going down. Didn’t care for the soap, shampoo and conditioner in one bottle and didn’t like the smell.

I liked how convenient and close to the boardwalk and beach. I liked that bands were given for the pool and that staff enforced outsiders from using the pool and hot tub.

Room too small for 4 people. No chairs to sit in, but the room was too small for them. The room appears to have been meant for one queen or king size bed. Then there would have been room for a small table and chairs.
