the staff was rude this time . I was bringing my dog on the second day of my stay, for one of my three night stay and was told that I had to pay the pet fee for both remaining days . which I understood but the staff felt it nesasarry to explain that it was policy to do this whether my pet stays one or both days. I explained that I understood and was then treated rudely by the night staff both remaining nights when I went to desk or called desk.

Dust mop and cleaning supplies not available to keep room clean. I had to purchase them. Breakfast was very limited but not a big deal to me.

Very friendly staff and comfy room. The location was good - easy on and off the 680. The kitchen with a full sized fridge/ freezer & stove made my lengthy stay much easier.

The door lock seemed unaligned with the frame.

Having three chairs in the room is a plus. Location for our travels was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and fresh on arrival.

Quiet at night........not. The security guy had friends or acquaintances (other African Americans), who didn't stop talking at 2:00 AM. even after I asked them to be quiet. Your walls are pretty thin and I could hear the people next door plain as day even though they were having a normal conversation. But the guys talking in the hallway at 2 AM really soured the whole stay.

There was no ice machines for guest use. There were ice trays and a full freezer, yet that did not work for my situation.

The faucet in the kitchenette is loose and it took a while to get hot water in the shower. Power went out often which wasn’t the fault of the hotel due to someone crashing into a power pole close by.

No staff, everytime I myself or other patrons went to the front desk NO one was found but a post it stating at lunch or break. I had to call to check out cause NO ONE was available at the desk. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

The kitchen sink didn't drain well...the stove top took forever to heat up Bathroom tub drained slow T.v. a bit small

Side doors were not secure, key card pad was broken and wires were cut. Floor in the room was sticky. Cigarette smokers were too close to the building and windows, I kept having to close the windows. The red in the lobby could be changed to be more soothing. WiFi isn’t great unless you pay then it’s $22 a week.. that’s way too much. Only one burner worked on the stove and kept tripping the breaker.. could use a bigger pot for boiling pasta and the microwave is a little tired. Took almost twenty minutes to cook a baked potato.

It was inexpensive compared to other locations with kitchenettes. The kitchen was clean and kitchen gear was as well. The staff Raj and Amy were very helpful.

The room was pleasant except for the lingering stuffy musty smell as you entered. Had to keep the windows open the whole time. Sprayed fabreez a few times. It faded a bit.

There breakfast was a small coffee bar and vender style muffins, the Kitchener was not stocked cook-wear or plates or silverware , not Evan a complimentary coffee pot , the towels very thin and cheap,

The staff need training. They do not communicate with customers very well. They didn't tell me the kitchen supplies need to be picked up at the front desk. No reply to my booking.com messages at all. Not any staff available at the front desk around check-out time for issuing a receipt. The breakfast is virtually non-existent, just coffee or tea plus a packed muffin. They would not bother to refill when breakfast supplies are out.

Basic, no frill accommodation at a reasonable price. Window opens slightly for fresh air. Free parking. Close to the freeway and shopping area.

I did not like that I didn’t have a picture Id on me because my fault, I lost it on the fourth of but immediately I did go to a DMV kiosk at Safeway and printed the paper form which was excepted at other hotels. And another thing, your deposit is not uniform in all your locations, my credit is good, no problem paying, but I’m not mad. I love you .

Cleaning staff was exceptionally nice, smiling and demeanor excellent
