Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe construction. The lack of amenities. Expensive for what it has to offer now. Beach chairs are 100 yards from ocean.
The property must have been beautiful before the hurricanes. They are rebuilding still. Many construction sites on the resort property. Many restaurants still closed. Pool was lovely.

The beach is phenomenal. The staff that set up the chairs were above and beyond.

United StatesQuite outdated we called the front desk three times to get our toaster fixed. They kept bringing extra new toasters and it didn’t work. Apparently it ended up being the electrical sockets. There were three sockets that did not work in the kitchen. Someone was supposed to come and take a look at it they never did no one ever called us. The building needs an upgrade for the amount of money that you pay.

United StatesThe room has very very very thin wall you can hear everything, there’s no even an grocery open after 6pm near by, lots of constructions going in the resort, check in time suppose to be 4 but you will get checked in much later, there’s no room cleaning at all everyday.
The location is at the point of captiva very exclusive area to visit.

United StatesFor the price we paid per night we expected to be in a better location than tucked away in building 3100, there is construction going on around the building so aesthetically not as pleasing. Our room had no hot water so no shower after a beach day. The lanai had bugs in it so not exactly nice to sit out in the evening. The food truck at the private beach messed up bunch of orders and the food was not fully cooked, not to mention the 30minute wait for hotdog and chicken sandwich. All in all I am sure that once the construction is done and the maintenance of their buildings is complete it will be more pleasurable to stay there but at the moment $400/night wasn't worth it.
We loved the location of the resort but not the location of our room. All staff all over the resort were extra nice and helpful, the beach was unreal and the pools and lounging areas very clean and beautiful.

The beach is amazing and the main pools also. The vibe of the resort is nice I imagine it was much nicer before hurricane.
