One of our units was poorly kept, dead bugs in the kitchen drawers, Murphy bed didn’t fit into wall cabinet…

Location is fantastic! 2/3 rooms were very clean and updated

One clothes dryer was not working. Would be nice to have laundry detergent packets included for no charge. Hot water was not working upon our arrival but was promptly fixed.

Great downtown location fronts on a park. Nicely remodeled. 2 balconies. Quiet. Kitchen had everything, good quality. Useful laundry room. Attentive staff on site.

Would have preferred a king bed as opposed to a queen.

Great communication from staff and easy access for us on the third floor. We are fine with stairs. Nice view. Quiet during our stay. Good location for Bend and adjacent areas. Nice place to walk or bike right along the river.

Would like a guide for TV. A book that suggests restaurants, sites, activities nearby. There was no fan above the stove. We set fire alarm off cooking breakfast.

The location was right by the river. Bed was comfortable. The apt was roomy. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, silver and plates.

No batteries in the only clock in the place. Stopper in main bathroom stuck down. Only one face towel in main bathroom. Hard for two old ladies to climb three stories of stairs. I thought it was going to be on the second story.

- room wasn’t clean: an inch of dust and grime on both HVAC systems, blowing particles into the room, crumbs and food debris on the stove top, toenail clippings on bathroom floor, showers both had soap scum and mold that was visible and building up from many showers, floor had dirt on it (unswept), toothpaste residue in sink. - false advertising: no mention of Murphy bed being one of the 2 beds, there isn’t 2 bedrooms, just 1 bedroom with a Murphy bed in the kitchen. - fire safety hazard: fireplace was warped and melted from overheating and over use. The couch from living room was pushed directly up against the gas fireplace. Couch was warm to the touch. - stinky: smelt like chemicals and musty; weird “scent deodorizer” on top of shelf looked gross and was contributing to smell. - king bed frame broken: mattress was comfy, but the frame feels broken and you’re constantly “rolling uphill” throughout the night because of something pushing you in middle of bed.

The location was great and walkable to the grocery store.

I was skeptical of the room because the pictures of it were beautiful - there was no way this was the room we were renting… but it was! The room and the commendations were more than what I could’ve hoped for! The location also is outstanding.

Shower pressure, wifi issues, check in door code issue. Early lawn mowing at 7am for ground floor unit is not cool. Door code did not work on check in late. Luckily they have after hours number to call. Bad shower pressure and was leaking. WiFi did not work as they put new routers in but did not update the network/password info. Had to call again. Friendly onsite office staff helped with some issues.

This is for a specific unit ‘it must have Bend love’ for a memorial weekend stay. I’ve stayed at this property in different units 5 times. I enjoy the (indoor) pool and jacuzzi on property. And location is ideal for a river walk on the Deschutes. 15 min walk along river to downtown area.

I would have liked to have stayed longer.

This location can't be beat. I was in town for a conference. This place is right on the edge of downtown and I was able to walk to the Deschutes Brewery for dinner and a pint one night, and the Pine Tavern the next. It was also maybe two football fields away from the edge of the Deschutes River and the river trail. I was expecting something more akin to a hotel room but it was actually a full-sized condo and much more space than I needed (I was solo). The places here all have funny names. My condo was called "Leaf Your Troubles Behind."

Did not like at all the fact that the TV system did not have access to Cable. We couldn't watch our programs. We would not stay there again. The place was clean and comfortable, but because of this, we will not be back

Shabby, poorly maintained. No response from management for problems despite 2 visits to the office and 3 phone calls on a weekday. Bed is soft from age with old ratty linens and bed covers. Couch has major rips in the fake lather. Paint on the floors; peeling paint in the bathrooms. The only positives are the location by the park and Deschutes river and good working A/C. Not surprisingly the link to leave this review publicly doesn't work.
